Our stay at the Ibis Styles, Glasgow was not as good as our previous stay with your company (in Bordeaux). There, the hotel was excellent. Here, the hotel is adequate but not outstanding. The first room we were offered was, frankly, awful. Small, poorly lit, in bad need of renovation, and the key card device was broken. Your excellent staff moved us to another room which was, to be fair, far superior and made for a comfortable stay. We were surprised at the disparity between two similarly branded Accor hotels but your staff deserve commendation for having dealt with the problem speedily and efficiently. It's a shame because the Bordeaux experience led us to seek out Ibis Styles and I think now, I'd probably pay more for a better alternatively or be more exacting in my research.

We had a warm welcome on arrival and a wee gift bag for our room. The location was great and the room was good for an overnight stay. The wi-fi worked well, the shower pressure was reasonable and the bed was comfy. However the pillows were less so. We enjoyed our welcome drink and the breakfast had plenty of choice .

I liked the people working at the hotel. The room was perfect the cleaning staff did a VG job. The breakfast was perfect and the seating area was excellent and clean. Tea and coffee stations were very well appreciated. I had a good stay from London. Thanks Raphael
