A great hotel! We loved the quirky decor which reflected the local area with humour, and were very pleased to receive a Tunnocks tea cake and can of Irn Bru each as our members treat! Every member of staff was friendly as well as professional. The rooms were well-provisioned and comfortable. Although we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, we made use of the bar area at other times, and felt relaxed there. We enjoyed the pool table and appreciated the free hot drinks bar too. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Après avoir fait Edimbourg, Glasgow est une plus grande ville donc pas vraiment comparable. Mais nous étions un petit plus déçues car nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi nous avions eu la chambre handicapée. Après pour avoir de la place nous avons eu de la place. Le staff était plus traditionnel, ibis c'est une chaîne moins cosy que d'autres mais qui a fait le taf pour notre séjour. Toutefois si c'était à refaire, je choisirai un autre hôtel. Attention, cela reste bien qualité/prix et emplacement pour cette ville. Et grâce au petit déjeuner que nous avons fait une fois, nous avons pu découvrir le Haggis (spécialité culinaire écossaise). After visiting Edinburgh, Glasgow feels like a much larger city, so they aren't really comparable. We were a little disappointed as we didn't understand why we were given an accessible (disabled) room. On the plus side, we certainly had plenty of space! The staff was more traditional, and while Ibis is a chain and less cozy than other places, it did the job for our stay. However, if I were to do it again, I would choose a different hotel. That being said, it is still good value for money and well-located for this city. Also, thanks to the breakfast we had once, we were able to try Haggis (a Scottish culinary specialty) for the first time
