Great central location in Glasgow, close to stations and shopping, the hotel itself has a modern feel and staff are very friendly. However we stayed on the 7th floor so the water pressure seems to reduce as it goes up the building, the shower was litterly dripping water, plus the windows don't open so you arent able to let fresh air in the room, but other than that we had an enjoyable experience and would stay again but on a lower floor.

Love this Hotel this is our 3rd stay in a year. Very good location for the city centre. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the decoration represents Glasgow perfectly.

Great location and comfortable stay. Accessible room made it easier. Only hotel so far to have an actual PEEP form to record evacuation assistance needed - very reassuring. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was good too.
