The location and the hotel in general are great. However, one issue really made my stay a disappointment. The toilet was not working; the flush button was not working. So everything in the toilet bowl would sit there. I reported this immediately to the hotel staff. One of the female staff at the reception told me she would send someone immediately. No one ever came. This remained the same for the rest of my stay. I was there for business. Nothing was done to solve this issue and nothing was fixed or offered as a solution. Such a pity because the room should've never been rented out or a solution should have been offered.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was never ready till opening time and there were always missing something. If you were asking for laundry bag in reception it never came and you need to ask cleaning lady
