Friendly staff, pleasant and neat hotel, prime location. Helpful staff, from reception to the cleaning team and Ismael for helping us with the luggage. The cleaning team does a great job and works incredibly hard! My compliments.The entertainment team kept the children amused, too great fun! My niece kept wanting to splash the lifeguard with water, and he just let it happen and played along with the children. Just one small thing: pay more attention to the little details for example, if a sheer curtain has come off its track, put it back in properly; or address a door profile that has partially come loose. We had a lovely experience. Highly recommended!

This was a good location and the staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was good overall, and we enjoyed the pool and activities.We otherwise had a mixed experience. The AC in the room was not working and we were told a technician would be sent but he never came. There was no iron in the room which is usually standard especially for a hotel of this caliber. We were excited to use the Jacuzzi in the spa, but after paying extra for it, we found that it was cold and we had to get our money back. The room was very average and did not deserve this price or the 4-star classification.

When entering the hotel lobby we were amazed by the beauty of the lobby, the inside garden, the swimming pool and the super friendly helpful staff, cleaning ladies and helpful security. Amazing! But when we entered our room we were shocked. We’re simple people. We don’t expect luxury. The door to the balcony didn’t close well, the airco was blowing hot air so we had to change rooms, the nightstands were broken, the light button of the standing lamps did not have a cover, the rinse button of the toilet fell of, The grout between the tiles in the bathroom was partially gone etc. That’s not the fault of the cleaning ladies because they work hard and cleaned our bed and room every morning and were amazingly friendly. But The hotel rooms and the hallways on every floor don’t match with the beautiful lobby and swimming pool. maintenance of the rooms and hallways is absolutely 200% urgent! Invest in the whole hotel and not only in the lobby and swimming pool. The area where the hotel is located is an A+-location. Nador is so beautiful: the pearl of Morocco. Make the hotel a pearl too. Please.

We stayer for 1 night only, unlucky for us, when we arrived Nador, the weather changed drastically in 1 nite, it is so hot at about 28c at night. We were sweating, the A/C not functioning, we complainef twice, the technician came but he said the A/C was ok. I complained 2 times at the reception and asked to change the room, but we did not get the replacement until we leave the next day.

My stay at Mercure Rif Nador was pleasant and relaxing. The hotel has a great waterfront location that made it easy to enjoy the view of corniche, sunsets, and nearby cafés (Yuki's). The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and convenient for a short getaway. I also had good view of the pool. the staffs were helpful, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. It was a good balance of comfort, value, and location, and I would gladly stay again when visiting Nador. thanks
