When entering the hotel lobby we were amazed by the beauty of the lobby, the inside garden, the swimming pool and the super friendly helpful staff, cleaning ladies and helpful security. Amazing! But when we entered our room we were shocked. We’re simple people. We don’t expect luxury. The door to the balcony didn’t close well, the airco was blowing hot air so we had to change rooms, the nightstands were broken, the light button of the standing lamps did not have a cover, the rinse button of the toilet fell of, The grout between the tiles in the bathroom was partially gone etc. That’s not the fault of the cleaning ladies because they work hard and cleaned our bed and room every morning and were amazingly friendly. But The hotel rooms and the hallways on every floor don’t match with the beautiful lobby and swimming pool. maintenance of the rooms and hallways is absolutely 200% urgent! Invest in the whole hotel and not only in the lobby and swimming pool. The area where the hotel is located is an A+-location. Nador is so beautiful: the pearl of Morocco. Make the hotel a pearl too. Please.

We stayer for 1 night only, unlucky for us, when we arrived Nador, the weather changed drastically in 1 nite, it is so hot at about 28c at night. We were sweating, the A/C not functioning, we complainef twice, the technician came but he said the A/C was ok. I complained 2 times at the reception and asked to change the room, but we did not get the replacement until we leave the next day.
