Horrible worst experience ever, worst hotel I ever stayed

We booked 3 rooms for 6 ppl, we requested separate bed and they gave us only one room with separate beds, even though we booked well in advance 2/3 months before, at first when arriving there was an animal in the room then the room was without any air circulation with the excuse of “ECO policies” they said that there are 3 weeks meanwhile it changes the season that they are not allowed to turn on the AC, which was not true because one of the rooms had enough AC and you could tell the difference, any of the 4 persons on the rooms without AC could sleep the whole night we were better staying wherever outside rather than at that horrible hotel, we requested the money back to leave to another place where we could at least breath (at around 12am) and the person there said that is not possible because is a non refundable room, when you find online the hotel is not saying anywhere that rooms will not have air because not even a fan they could offer and worth thing we couldn’t even open the windows because they have a security thing that you can’t open, we asked a lot of questions when booking and they should said by then that there is not going to be AC if that was “the case” which was not true. I would definitely not recommend anybody to stay in that place it completely ruined our holidays, day after a Manager said he could only refund 50% of the previous night room. We will obviously get this to the authorities because it is insane the horrendous service / accommodation not even 1 star.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Not the best located we had to use the metro a lot. Breakfast could have been better and a kettle in the room would have improved our stay considerably.
