Very annoyed about the stuff up with our booking and then the 2 hours of negotiations as I was offered paltry levels of compensation which only served to make me more annoyed. At no time did a reservation manager or duty manager bother to speak with me and it imposed on my time when I could have been lunching or relaxing with friends. The rooms do not warrant the price. Room service arrived late in the afternoon while we were resting. We did have a very good meal at Mimi's however. The resort is probably great for families with kids (if they can afford it) but otherwise lacked any level of sophistication.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. I did check with the team and was told the birthday dinner was a great success which I was very pleased to hear. I can assure you that our staff try their best to provide a great Cooinda experience and they were equally as disappointed that a system error ruined that opportunity.
