Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail - we were left with very little toilet paper one day. Big issue for us was breakfast which was a feeding frenzy at the start and end of the tours. Also layout of buffet was poor given the sudden influx of numbers at the beginning and end of tours. This rather influenced our very average score.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in Yellow Water Villa#1. The amenities were pretty good, slippers and quite luxurious towels. Cotton sets would have been a nice touch to add to the bathroom. The villa was very nice however a few details would really make it exceptional. First of all the lighting in the room is horrid. So dark in there with the side windows closed and you have to do that because of the heat. You really need to add more lighting - and not fluorescent and harsh lights like the double bulb above the dining table. A portable fan to place on the deck would make the deck more usable, there is very little breeze in the area so the deck just roasts under the have heavy tarp. The outdoor table is dirty with tons of droplets from the sap dripping from the tree. I was able to clean it with a tiny bit of scrubbing with a paper towel. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the table off thoroughly between guests to keep it clean. The freezer was maybe 40% usable as it was full of frost. That needs to be defrosted more often. The big drawer under the dishwasher was empty. There an induction range top and a skillet and saucepan could be added for those interested in warming up food in their room. What is the point of big knives and so many plates in each room if one can’t warm / cook anything!

The lodges are lovely and comfortable. The location is amazing. But there is no Wi-Fi in the room (no other network), only in the lounge area, what would be acceptable if there it will work in somehow…but the stability and speed was a joke. If you travel nowadays, the access to the network is a must and here it was a failure…

Great experience in the glamping tents at Cooinda Lodge. The rooms were wonderful and tastefully decorated. The space was calming and a nice place to relax. We really enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and listening to the nature. The food was tasty at the restaurant, I'd highly recommend staying here.
