Our check-in was completed by a very professional, helpful & friendly young man. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our request for a late check-out was granted without issue. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely. My only negative was that we didn’t receive our welcome drink vouchers for Accor member, but that’s only a minor detail.

Rooms need renovating. Entrance to Hotel and restaurant is beautiful!

The entrance to the Croc Hotel was beautiful including the restaurant however, the rest of the hotel needs attention and an update. The idea of Croc hotel and the shape of the hotel is so awesome so once the rest of the hotel is updated I believe more people will stay! Restaurant for dinner was great but quite expensive. We didn't have breakfast the following day as it was upwards of $30 per person for a buffet breakfast each. Staff were lovely.

The shower in our room did not work.

The room was unremarkable but that was to be expected, given the hotels age. The evening meals in the restaurant were of a very high standard.
