Family group of 4 (2 rooms) Check-in was smooth, efficient and friendly. Late check-out was easily arranged (late back from Yellow Waters cruise), again helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable, and the dehumidifier worked a treat. Necessary equipment. The dining room / restaurant staff were friendly, but could have done with additional support. Seasonal thing perhaps?

Arrival at Hotel I was greeted by a professional Front Desk Clerk named Kellie. The Accor Loyalty expert must have read my precise profile expectations and provided me with a Pirate themed puzzle. The pillows were the most comfortable I’ve experienced in an Australian hotel for the last 7 years.

We loved our stay Croc Hotel in magic Kakadu National Park. The beds were heavenly comfortable. The staff were lovely and warm. The art work and the design/layout of hotel thoughtful, elegant. Would certainly stay again. Only feedback for improvement would be to cater a little more widely for dietaries (vegan and GF) in the restaurant. Also, the fridge in our room was malfunctioning - and froze our veges. In summary, big thank you - we loved our visit/stay in Jabiru.
