Service is ok, but don't ask reception anything difficult. Eg. Post a postcard (which are provided for free!). Bistro was really quite good both service and food. Property is old and a bit tired, and it shows, despite the fix-ups. Rooms are smallish, but clean. Internet didn't work in the room, so no streaming services connected. Also no VoIP phone to reception to enquire WhatsUp. Expensive for what it is, but is all about location.

All the staff we dealt with were lovely and helpful. Most of your meals and cocktails were really good, I was however a little underwhelmed by the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable but very tired and outdated, particularly the bathroom. The shower pressure wasn’t great, and the bath spout was always leaking.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Kakadu Crocodile Hotel - it’s our 4th stay at the Croc and it never disappoints. Great staff, rooms, food and wonderful environment.

Exceptionally friendly & helpful check in staff, good range of menu items in the restaurant & very generous servings.

Crocodile hotel was central for us to base our Kakadu activities from, and the accommodation was fine for our stay. My only detracting comment would be that my wife is coeliac, and the menu options for dinner were vey limited. When we looked at the menu online there were options, but we only had 1 option when at the restaurant in person. Otherwise an enjoyable visit.

We stayed for two nights. Didn't spend much time in our room as we were out exploring. We enjoyed a lovely meal in your restaurant one evening

Since our last visit in 2019, the rooms have been refurbished and are now comfortable and appealing.

The hotel is definitely in need of a refurbished, but wow, the dinner at Manjmukmuk Restaurant was superb. The local foods menu included a crocodile taco was fantastically spicy and fresh. I also loved the local Gunbalanya beef fillet. Given its location in the middle of nowhere this exceeded expectations

2 day stay , False fire alarm no apology or anything and was handled poorly. Room was very out dated and not Mercure standard, way over priced for the quality right down to the broken shower head , Lake of variety for food service was good though , I wouldn’t come back and pay that price again .

Great facility but unfortunately Jabiru itself is a shadow of its former self can difficult to justify as a base for a Kakadu visit.

Enjoyed our stay at The Croc! Everything was very clean/tidy although bathroom a little dated. Restaurant was fabulous!

Well located, stuff in the restaurant and at the reception were friendly, helpful and customer oriented . The housekeeping was very poor. The bathroom was dirty all days, even on the arrival day and after daily service. The hotel seems quite old however the impression could be better with thorough cleaning.
