Need better security

Each night we heard fights outside, waking us up.

No security, had to lock ourselves in at 8pm

Drunk group of people running through yelling until well into the night. A manager spoke to them once and it didn’t stop. The noise was ridiculous. The bath tap didn’t stop so you had cold water flowing on your feet while showering. The restaurant service was spectacular for dinner. Could not fault the food or staff.

Good location

We had a lovely stay. The room /hotel is a little worn and hotel surrounds seemed grotty (I get it's in the outback though) . The escarpment restaurant served amazing food. It was a great base to see surrounding attractions and the staff were awesome and helped out local knowledge /attractions.

Very well located.

We had two great teas and two great breakfasts. The staff were very good and friendly. We will be coming back again in the dry season.

False evacuation alarm

Customer review rating 1.5/5

The fact that a false evacuation alarm went off at 7 on a Sunday morning, with no staff able to immediately say why.... and being forced out of bed half-dressed for nearly an hour... was really not great. Our whole day's plan was thrown out due to this.
