Dear Tamara, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay were uncomfortable and disappointing. We sincerely apologise for the air-conditioning issues in your room, particularly given the heat at this time of year. Effective cooling is essential in our climate, and we regret that this impacted your comfort. Your comments have been passed to our maintenance team for review. While we’re pleased to hear that you received fabulous service from our reception team on Friday, we are concerned by your experience on Saturday and apologise if you were met with a lack of support. This is not the level of service we expect from our team, and your feedback will be followed up with management. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the breakfast service, though we agree that the situation you described is far from ideal. While the wet season does affect staffing levels, guests should not feel the impact in such a visible way. We are sorry for the confusion and delays, and for placing our team member in such a difficult position. Thank you again for your honest and balanced feedback.
