Staff could be a bit friendlier- especially on front desk. Waitress also rolled her eyes when I asked to be placed at a different table to the one she suggested. Small things like this leave a lasting impression

The room was wonderful; clean, comfortable and generous size. I loved the outlook to the pool and garden, and the ability to access them from the room. The restaurant was also great, both food and service.

Room 110 was ok, cushions on chairs flat. Aircon worked well. Reception had super fed up staff and miserable. Same miserable staff in the restaurant later for dinner. I’m not expecting super fake smiles. Just civil politeness
