A standard 4* business class hotel, we paid c.€190/night for a double room with breakfast in mid Sep. A compact breakfast buffet, little better than some 3* hotels. If you miss something, it may be restored in a minute. I avoided the scrambled eggs and bits of sausage, preferring the cleaner continental options. Usual instant coffee machine service, go to a bar if you want a real coffee. Tea availability varies. The small breakfast room doubles as a place to sit and read in the evening, with a wine & snack bar service via reception. Room is comfortable, well appointed, international channels on TV, good towels, quiet interior yard view, good air conditioning. Attentive, cheerful, and courteous staff. We chose it for its location, just across the street from the Prado, so a good museum triangle choice.

Excellent staff and brilliant location. Very clean hotel. Sometimes there were not sufficient staff to replenish the very good breakfast. On the last night the people above our room on 6th floor walked across the floor with Very Noisey shoes even though rooms are carpeted. Overall enjoyed the stay

Well located. Bad internet. Simple breakfeast

Well located, right in the middle of one of hot spots of Madrid. Walking distance to most sightseeing places are less then 15 min Bad internet. It has weak signal on the room and besides that it kept oscilating and restarting the connection. Impossible to have a decent video call. Very frustrating. I used my mobile data routed. No bar at night. Simple breakfeast. A lot less to offer than I expected for a 4 stars and for the price you pay for the stay.
