We liked the hotel — the suite was spectacular and the breakfast was wonderful. However, my daughter forgot two dolls and a bottle, and the hotel didn’t notify us. Five days later, I contacted the hotel, and it took them a long time to respond. They only replied after I insisted several times, and by then I had already left the city. The items were there. That is why I gave this rating.

Overall good stay, but there was an over 30 min wait in line just to make the check-in. Not what you want when you just arrived exhausted from a long trip. The hotel could offer some water at the lobby, more sitting areas and faster check-in service.
