The hotel enjoys an excellent location, just steps from the shopping mall and the main business district. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, featuring a supremely comfortable mattress and sweeping views of the city skyline. Breakfast offers a generous buffet with a wide variety of options, consistently replenished to ensure guests never go without. The only drawback is that service concludes rather early at 10:00 a.m. on weekends. The fitness center is a standout feature. It’s one of the best I’ve encountered at this category of hotel with ample space and a broad selection of equipment to support a full workout.

Perfect except for the check-in and check-out process. I checked in online but was still required to provide more information at the desk. I pre-paid but was told at check-out that I owed some money. I needed to switch on my mobile to get booking details and then the desk discovered that I owed nothing. Either the system needs improvement or the staff need better training.

We liked the hotel — the suite was spectacular and the breakfast was wonderful. However, my daughter forgot two dolls and a bottle, and the hotel didn’t notify us. Five days later, I contacted the hotel, and it took them a long time to respond. They only replied after I insisted several times, and by then I had already left the city. The items were there. That is why I gave this rating.
