We did a 2 night stay at this hotel and found it was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, The food was of a lovey quality but they never had all items available at the same time. You would get a sausage and beans then wait 10 mins for the fried eggs to turn up. However we later learnt that they were short staffed, I think they only had one chef. It was lovely that the hotel has a mini fridge in the room but they never leave enough tea bags for you to have a cuppa at bed and again in the morning before you go for breakfast.

Lovely little stay whilst I was away with work here, arrived on a Sunday night and the hotel was very quiet but warm welcome from the member of staff on shift. The room was lovely, very clean, comfy bed and everything you need! Ordered food to the hotel - plenty of choices on Deliveroo! Would highly recommend staying here

The hotel was very clean and well presented and the staff were friendly and pleasant. I'm not sure if it's standard to have to request shampoo/body wash and soap at hotels now, but I did have to request this at receptions. There was some construction work happening outside the hotel throughout the night - it would have been good to have advance notice so that I could pack earplugs. Unfortunately, I did have an interrupted rest on the second evening of my stay.

Lovely quiet hotel, impeccable service from the moment we arrived. We had a prestige room with a king bed and double sofa bed, the room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was beautiful with a deep bath and separate shower. Perfect size for families.

On one of the hottest days of the year the air-conditioning wasn't working with the maintenance staff already clocked off at 5pm. With no other rooms available (presumably due to the ongoing refit) a dreadful nights sleep was had. Reception provided some additional fans though so it could have been worse. Location is outside of the city in a pot built light industrial zone but it's actually well located for the M1 and an Uber was small change to get into the city. Breakfast really good and the room was as expected.

I do understand that without good air conditioning in the room in this hot weather is very hard to be comfortable. I submit Capital Request to the owners to change an air handling units within the hotel and we are waiting for this to be signed off.
