good location, good facility , great service . will give a 9 if not for the firework right outside my window at 3.30 am and go on for every half hour till 7 am. that night my sleep quality is definitely not good.

I've booked my stay with official hotel mini program. However, when I arrived at hotel, the front desk can't find my booking in the first place. The whole check-in takes 5-6 minutes at least. Then the promised welcome fruit was never came, even after my reminder to the room service center. After I complained to the front desk when I checked out, there was also no response / reaction taken from the hotel side. The breakfast was also soso. Less selection like in the winter time last year. There's no handmade noodle anymore, which I think it should be one of the highlights in the hotel. I am very disappointed about my stay this time.

Best Hotel in Xining City

It is the best five-star hotel in Xining. The building was magnificent and all the staff members who always smiled and performed well felt the staff was on their own. The hotel was classified with more than a few requests. The pool was clean and the water quality was good, and other facilities were well managed. If there is a downside, it was crowded on weekends due to events such as weddings and seminars. As a result, I was uncomfortable using the elevator, and I couldn't concentrate on my meal due to some non-manners (cutting in and disorderly) during breakfast. Due to the shocking experience at the breakfast restaurant on the first day, we didn't go to breakfast for 7 nights. On the last day, I visited the breakfast restaurant again for my airport schedule, and I was able to eat comfortably and comfortably (on weekdays). The staff member "刘小花" introduced and responded to everything experienced at the hotel, which was memorable. Thank you.
