Service was great and was accommodated by Marcus. Although restaurant was closed but still accommodated with what we wanted. Restaurant was also clean and felt almost like home. Ambience was nice as it was by the pool. Overall service is excellent

I always enjoy meeting friends at L’Aperitif bar. The ambience is great. It’s never too crowded. I enjoy watching sports live on TV. The cocktails are fantastic. Bartender Hafiz is very friendly and kind. He makes everyone feel at home. His service is excellent. I always enjoy going to the bar on a weekend evening.

As frequent business traveller staying in ALL Accor hotels, there were many occasions that my Platinum membership benefits was were not provided in Novotel Singapore. However, this recent stay I was upgraded to room on 10th floor which is same level as the Executive Lounge. This was much appreciated as I used the lounge frequently to work on my laptop. Also, received a bottle of wine as gift in my room upon check in to recognized my Platinum membership. Complimentary free drinks in my room’s mini fridge was also something I truly appreciate. Well done Novotel Stevens team!
