Enjoyed the meals and welcome from Marcus who made me felt at home during the breakfast 👍 always enjoyed my stay at Novotel whenever I am in Singapore for business trips. Highly recommend this place for a stay as the rooms are clean and comfy.

we visit this hotel feeling comfortable and beautiful. this is a good hotel Marcus is good . the breakfast is delicious and more choice. we will come back again. room is clean and comfortable . food exchange is so nice. the staffs all friendly and helpful.

This is my second time staying here. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the sustainability efforts are excellent. However, the service is slow. It's been almost a month since I checked out, and I still haven't received my invoice, despite requesting it 5-6 times via email. As an Accor All Gold member, I expect better service than this.
