Amazing and well-trained staff. Sean, Marcus and chef team really took care of us during breakfast. They made us feel special. Bar tender Allie was awesome too! Kudos to the team. Staff looks happy at work ! PS Beautiful hotel with really creative art exhibit.

Stayed recently and quite overwhelmed by the hospitality! The staff in the lounge are so professional and provide high customer experience, especially by Thava, Glenn and Vita! During breakfast , Marcus and Sean gave is unlimited attention and extremely modest in their service orientation. Good job!!

Ate at the food exchange restaurant And was served by Marcus and Louis, the managers. The lamb shank biryani and the Satay is very good and tender. As it was my birthday they surprised.me by giving me a cake with candles and everything. The manager Marcus paid attention to every detail that we needed and was very attentive to our needs. Strongly recommend you come to this great hotel and this restaurant.

Great wedding experience! Held my wedding at Novotel's Polaris Ballroom, and the setup was what we ordered: No last minute shocks and all, and great service by the highly experienced staffs who were there. The wedding managers and coordinators assigned were experienced and the communication between everyone was top notch.
