Is very good experience about the staff name is marcus ong also another staff is very helpful, near from any market over there, also have a big space room. nice infinity pool, having breakfast so many choice and price point is available for family members so adorable, and most importantly hotel is comfortable for kids.

First time Trying Chef Anthony ham this year. Best Christmas Ham we had so far. Unlike other ham, It was well marinated, fresh and the meat was soft and juicy. The potion of the ham is also very generous. We sliced the ham and keep inside the fridge to serve as smoked ham the next day, it still taste as good

Lunch at Food exchange was fantastic experience with fresh foods and flavour-rich dishes! Furthermore, the experience was elevated with the excellent customer service from the team. Special shoutout to Marcus who greeted all the guests with a warm smile and made sure we felt at home! 5 Stars, hands down.

Feedback: 1. When checking in and discussing about payment, I informed that I have already made full payment. After checking, front desk reception made a comment/mentioned “oh, you “burnt” my points for this hotel stay” which I felt there was no need to mention it out loud in front of my guest and it could be phrased more professionally. For example “Sir, we have checked and noted that you have redeemed points for this stay”. 2. When I asked for additional room card, front desk reception was hesitant and said “there is already 2 rooms cards”. Not sure what’s wrong with giving me a 3rd room card but I have never encountered this. 3. Staying with All Accor group hotels so many times, this is the first time front desk reception failed to let me know what time hotel breakfast is, where is it and didn’t even mention anything about hotel wifi or complementary water. 4. When I request for late check out, front desk reception just told me latest is 1pm which I don’t know what makes the difference between me (Platinum member) and a normal guest. 5. When requesting for wine glass and wine bottle opener, it took a long time to receive my requests. Room service did request for wine opener to be returned after use but when I tried to call, hotel operator took forever to pick up and I made multiple attempts which in the end, hotel operator didn’t pick up. 6. Called multiple times next day to request for late check-out, but once again no one picked up the calls. 7. Check-out time was set at 13:00hr but hotel staff tried to enter the room at 12:40hr. I was taking a nap and it was disrupted by hotel staff trying to enter the room (he actually opened the door).

We are sorry for the delay in fulfilling your request for wine glasses and an opener. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the extended wait when trying to reach our hotel operator. This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and we will address these delays with our team. We deeply regret that your rest was disturbed before the designated check-out time. This is absolutely unacceptable, and we will take immediate action to ensure that this does not happen again. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to improving our service to prevent similar issues in the future.
