No one attends call and they even cancelled my reservation when i arrived to the hotel without telling me so it was a trouble

The one who cleaned my room yesterday forgot his facemask in my washroom. The hotel is good but the cleanliness sometimes bad. I hope there’s an action about this and please tell the supervisor of HK to observe the work of these attendants. Thank you PS : 5th floor ibis
