Excellent service at pool Rey was amazing he knows good service. He was helpful and friendly special call out to Rey he made our stay enjoyable All staff really helpful and friendly. Hotel needs some updating but overall the staff makes up for that

Nice rooms, spacious and good selection of pillows. Had high tea with my family at Le Bar, great service from Liss & Jessy who made our birthday celebration special. Kids & we loved the desserts & cakes and High tea sets are very good value at $88++ for 2pax. Outdoor seating can be tricky with mosquitoes but insect repellent is provided if you ask.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Sentosa thanks to the great men Mr John or JJ in short thanks a lot for arranging a wonderful amenities for my wedding anniversary and for pet . We enjoyed our stay thanks to you . We had early check in and gave us a room that is bigger and also given a late checkout. Thanks for reconsidering my plans and my disability . The 3 days of stay was great u was a good guider and leader to every team in arranging my transportation and also for arranging my amenities and make up svc and all as always . It has been peak all the time at the counter but you never fail to remember my name and address me any time offer me a cup of water and even assist me to sent me off and never fail to check on me with a simple call . Thanks John I will look forward in coming back for another holiday at the hotel . Sign off ms Scott and family Advise can give thank this people for their hospitality

The villa we stayed in was great but it's dusty and we saw cobwebs near the lights just above our bed. The receptionist lacked service and experience and often needed another senior receptionist to help. We got a half-board package and the food was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but just hope the room was a bit cleaner and the front-line staff are more efficiently and approachable.

It was a pleasant stay - clean room, courteous staff, good service. The staff placed a cake in the room with a really sweet message to celebrate 6 months of my boyfriend and me. It felt quite good to receive the surprise! The check-in process was quite slow. It took about 15 mins to check-in each set of guests. There was a gap in communication between the reception and LeBar; even though we had booked a package inclusive of high tea, we kept getting asked to pay. It was a bit of bummer, but it was clarified towards the end. The high tea was a bit disappointing too. Places like Fullerton allow refill of savoury snacks for the same price, but that was not allowed here.
