Awesome tropical grounds, super clean and tastefully decorated rooms, large family friendly pool and amenities, good range of restaurants. Great staff attention and very accommodating to our needs. Quality of the seafood at the seafood night was a little disappointing but all other dining experiences were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Visited the Sofitel Sentosa and ate at their Kwee Zeen restaurant. I just want to give a big shout out to Penny and Ma Qing who took really good care of us and made sure everything was on point. Food options were so comprehensive and the staff was friendly and kind and we will definitely return.

I have been to this resort before and came back as I liked the place. It is located a short ride from Harbourfront MRT station into Sentosa. You pretty much have to take a taxi there with you bags as I understand their shuttle from MRT doesn't allow for luggage. The free shuttle is very useful as there isn't much other than the resort at the resort. Many more restaurants and stores at Harbourfront area and attached Vivo City mall. Shuttle every 30 minutes each way until quite late. The rooms at the hotel themselves are nice, and haven't changed in many years. Exactly the same as last time I was there. Bed belt comfortable initially, but work up a little sore so it may need even more padding. My rate included daily breakfast at their main restaurant Kwee Zeen. It was amazing to have their Maitre D, Peter, meet me by name every day when I entered the restaurant. I didn't tell him anything room related each day but remembered my name from day 1. So quite amazing and memorable to be known and recognized. About the food, it was good but not great. I have had the opportunity to travel a lot and visit many hotel restaurants so I am able to compare. They have all the usual for both Western and Asian tastes. But it really didn't vary from day to day. Slight change to one or two options but that's it. The omelette station was good and he was sale guy everyday who also remembered my order, also nice. Would be good if they had other options like eggs Benedict. And for potatoes to be pan fried, not just frozen fried hash browns like at McDonalds. As it was a Sofitel hotel, with French heritage I would have hoped for more in the baked goods area. They had plain and chocolate croissants, but typical small ones that look like likely frozen dough baked on site. They should have a pastry chef to make croissant and other bread/dessert from scratch. It is supposed to be a 5 star exclusive place, so they need to up their standards in the restaurant. The employees are great though, like Peter. The pool was a great place to hangout as the water is like a bathtub warm. Not cool refreshing, but nice compared to the heat and humidity of the Singapore air. Also nice to sit under canopy as the daily rain rolled through, very peaceful. Would I go a 3rd time? Maybe. It just seems to be getting more hot and humid in Singapore and I'm not good being out all day touring in those temps. But the hotel itself is nice, and should be for the price.

First time I stay here, but already made me feel want to plan my next stay there. The location very peaceful. The resort also big with a lot of restaurant inside. Great breakfast. And also a good Italian restaurant ( The Cliff) very tasty. Great staff around the hotel. Very helpful and serve with heart.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, home away from home. The location is great. As Platinum member and using an upgraded voucher, we're given an excellent and spacious suite. The services from the staff were excellent from cleaner, reception, breakfast and dinner. A relaxing Welcome drink at nice bar. Had a delicious buffer dinner. Will certainly come again.
