One of the best stay we had. Impressed with the whole service from arrival to departure. The landscape is beautiful and we had our 1st experience of fish foot spa.It is definitely a good place to just relax and enjoy the sound of birds and rustling of leaves from coconut trees by the pool. The toiletries are of good quality. I almost requested for more as I love the range provided. Great service from very professional staff.

3 day 2 night Singapore Staycation - great hotel with good facilities, friendly staff, service and food. Comfortable rooms in a resort style complex spread over a large very green and relaxing space.

It started as an utter disappointment when the spa team lost my booking, followed by no table availability at the Cliff on the day of our arrival. However, the staff we met were all very nice and the room was nicely prepared and decorated though it was an anniversary celebration instead of birthday. Room service food was tad disappointing. We ordered soup which other hotels normally will be accompanied with bread, butter, salt and pepper. Spa was amazing, masseurs look overworked and still upkeeping their good work. Perhaps better transportation arrangements will end the session to its perfection. We were told the next ride comes in 20mins. With the stay filled with disappointments here and there, largely because it's a Sofitel a luxury brand, it ended with our table reservation missing along with our food selection. We were put in a make-shift dining area, understandably due to the social distancing measurement, with lounge table and chairs for a 3 course italian dinner was unacceptable. One staff tried looking, and came back to say "there's really no other tables." Mani passed by, and I told him, "we aint gonna be dining happily like this, we are leaving, pls cancel our orders." He was quick to think on his feet and gave us a few options. We ended having a nice dinner in the main dining area. Please extend my appreciation to Mani for saving the stay.

Had a infinite experience family package with full board. - nice resort and room environment A) only minus was one aircon in room not working, perhaps due to it as a old property - meals were fabulous - nonetheless, level of service could be improved further as a 5 star service A) baby cot and bathtub was not provided even though we have requested for it before going B) restaurant staff could do better with more experience, one instance is they seem understaffed even though there are quite a number of them. Servers seem to need directions from manager before serving. C) exchange between staff and guest could be better to alleviate to '6' star, exchanges and replies seems curt, without a 'friendlier and personal response, such as 'how are you doing today? Etc' which separates some other 5 star hotels/resorts with sofitel

2 nights Enjoyed it very much but not as good quality as it once was. Food and service is no longer 5 star e.g. no table service for tea/coffee at breakfast, less food stations, limited poolside menu. Part of our stay we had 2 massages included - i had none (due to no space) and my wife had one which she left 10mins into due to the quality of service.
