The service was not good. I wrote several emails and called twice to book an airport transfer for our pick up. Upon writing no reply was received. Upon calling first, it was confirmed on the phone and a written confirmation promised, but not received. Upon calling again, it was confirmed on phone and in writing, but no airport shuttle came to pick us up. The equipment in the gym does not work properly (one of the 2 treadmills). There is no water in the room. When asking about a possible extension of our stay, I was referred to another colleague the next day to access the system. The breakfast section is a mess. Overall the rate is very expensive for what you get. I now moved to another hotel in town which is less costly and provides much better service and is more cosy.

The hotel has serious maintenance and construction problems. It also has a rather small for its size dining - breakfast hall and this is exacerbated by the fact that the hotel works mainly with groups eating all together. The personnel was rather unable to copp... Grateful to the manager (office near reception) that solved some problems I had with my room and made my stay for a week perfect.

I have stayed several time. Easy to come - perfect location. Nice rooms . Tasty breakfast, I don't understad 50.- deposit. Minibar was empty. On the 7. floor curtains are giving a lot of light from the top of the curtains> Like projector straight to bed . I didn't sleep well because of that lazerray . TIP :Inside Nise should add black velvet , which absorbs light and to sew top cover and instoll it in the place where is now ledlight. I like the room a lot - but blackout curtains gave anyway light. Better normal curtains, which gives soft light , but not that lazerray .

It would be nice to have an option to leave deposit with contactless payment. I had a trouble, as I left my card and only had phone. I was told there is no such option with contactless payment.
