I thought it was right on the beach. You just have the Cornish walk in front of you. Above all it was fine. One thing to bring to their attention bed pillow are thick :( Staff are friendly as well as housekeeping. Check in experience was smooth.

I experienced an issue with breakfast, cleaning of the room(found a peace of beef in the floor), toilet cleaning, sales manager is not cooperated & fire alarm went & was no communication about it.

Nice view, nice location, good rooms size, friendly stuff. Smelly bed linens, smelly carpet, uncomfortable bed, there’s no enough car parking, expensive coffee shop.

I have a very wide experience of staying at hotels for over than 83 cities around the world so when I say this stay was bad then believe me it’s!! Starting from the front disk at chick in the receptionist was totally not welcoming and didn’t seem to be happy to serve the hotel guests! Didn’t even bother to put a smile on his face while he wasn’t wearing his mask ( COVID -19 ) protection regulations.! Didn’t receive any upgrades for my All- Accor membership! Not even a welcoming drink!! The receptionist was mentioning that I’m paying by points and cash in a way that sounds like if I’m receiving a charity from him!! These points are mine and I earned them from previous stays that I fully paid for.. “FYI reception guy” !! The room wasn’t so clean and not all the lights and electricity plugs were working unlike the previous stays the hotel rooms were in perfect condition! The in room breakfast was literally not good! Before chick out we were called by the reception and told we should chick out by 2pm! While usually we have the member’s late chick out till 4pm, then she allowed us 1 more hour to stay! Again at chick out the girl asked me if I’m paying with half points and half cash and I said yes then she looked at me in the same ungrateful look like her colleague!! It was a very bad experience for me and my friends even though we used to like this hotel so much during our stays in Yanbu.

Very few choices, hard bread from days before, waffles from days before, cakes and croissant old, cappuccino chargeable (where is written in the booking that cappuccino not included) ? Only one person serving entire breakfast and ground floor (good guy not his fault at all, need help). Supervisor did not want to listen and not speak english.

I will not use this hotel any more, they didn't know the benefits of the platinum guest and the women who met me first is new and she need a lot of training first before she deal with the guest.
