I arrived at hotel 6 o’clock evening checked in and when i arrived at the room i found the room full of water, i asked to change my room and they changed it and the other room was also full of water because of rain. It took around 30 minutes to find a ready room. The third room there was no hot water in tub , AC smell was not pleasant and bed sheets were not good. It was really unpleasant stay and there will be no next time visiting this hotel

I come monthly to Yanbu for week business trip. There is repeated issues had been reported to reception but didn’t got fixed. 1- No hot water in the shower.( it’s been reported a lot of months hoping to he fixed but not fixed) 2- Housekeeping fr the rom they do it afternoon ( after 3 PM) not in the morning ( already complained in reception and fixed but i need to tell them every tome that should be in morning while i am in work ) 3- I took shower at 4 PM and there was no towels. Somehow the housekeeper tool 2 of the towels ! Before and not return it .

Please accept our apologies for the lack of hot water in the shower. This matter is unacceptable and does not reflect our service standards. We have escalated this issue to our engineering team for immediate and permanent resolution. Regarding housekeeping timing, we fully understand your preference for morning service due to your work schedule. We regret the inconvenience of having to repeatedly remind our team, and we will ensure your preference is properly noted and consistently followed in future stays. We are also very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the missing towels after housekeeping service. This should not have happened, and the matter has been addressed with the housekeeping team to prevent recurrence. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we truly appreciate your loyalty. Hi, I had a lovely time at novotel yanbu. I had one minor downside in my experience. The water heater take so long to work properly.
