Hi, I had a lovely time at novotel yanbu. I had one minor downside in my experience. The water heater take so long to work properly.

The hotel is very convenient, but the rooms are not well equipped and need maintenance. In addition, the room service was very bad , we tried to call them several times and nobody answered!!!!

The hotel was clean. My room was very spacious, comfy bed and had all the amenities you need. Swimming pool was only for men and didn't look quite like the pictures - could have done with some attention.
