Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for choosing to stay with us during your monthly business trips to Yanbu. We sincerely apologize for the repeated inconveniences you experienced, especially as these issues were previously reported and not resolved to your satisfaction. Please accept our apologies for the lack of hot water in the shower. This matter is unacceptable and does not reflect our service standards. We have escalated this issue to our engineering team for immediate and permanent resolution. Regarding housekeeping timing, we fully understand your preference for morning service due to your work schedule. We regret the inconvenience of having to repeatedly remind our team, and we will ensure your preference is properly noted and consistently followed in future stays. We are also very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the missing towels after housekeeping service. This should not have happened, and the matter has been addressed with the housekeeping team to prevent recurrence. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we truly appreciate your loyalty.
