It was a bad behavior from one of your cleaner who misbehaved with my wife when we asked him to clean the room. Also the staff on our arrival was unable to provide the room facing the sea for a silver accor member.The phone was not working well with a very low volume and their was no good service even from the house keeping.If they are unable to hear and its your internal issue you can send some one to our room to check if you are unable to listen.I have been staying in this hotel for several years on my official and family visit and this was one of the worst experience faced.

Manohar : the service boy was excellent. He served us as per our need and so polite and supportive! Big thanks for him. All staff was supportive and ready serve any time. Food was excellent along with deserts . Great place to watch . Price is also very competitive and worth of money .

We stayed 2 nights at the Novotel In Yanbu. The room (Junior Suite) was large and comfortable and the shower was good. However, having stayed in many Novotel hotel prior I was disappointed with the general upkeep of the hotel. Our windows (seaward facing) were so dirty we could hardly see through them. The pool although large and beautiful was disgusting with rubbish floating in it and even a dead gecko. It has clearly not been cleaned in a while. Very disappointing.
