Two things one never forgets in a stay. 1. The manner in which you are checked in 2. How much accommodative the ct was. It was my first ever stay in Novotel Yanbu. The front office staff especially Miss Jawaher is a very professional and helpful lady. The sense of courtesy and hospitality shown by Mr. Ishafaq and Ghulam is exceptional. So i extended my stay and it was memorable. The above mentioned staff is an asset to the hotel.

This my second time and totally unhappy from everything started from the Housekeeping when we asked for makeup they clean the room and removed my wife clothes to her luggage which was shocked me !!!! Reception wake up us at 11:00 AM asking when should I leave the hotel !!!! Maintenance brings a wrong cable to connect my laptop with TV and couldn’t fixed I’m really shocked and unsatisfied at all It will be my last time to stay in this hotel

It was a bad behavior from one of your cleaner who misbehaved with my wife when we asked him to clean the room. Also the staff on our arrival was unable to provide the room facing the sea for a silver accor member.The phone was not working well with a very low volume and their was no good service even from the house keeping.If they are unable to hear and its your internal issue you can send some one to our room to check if you are unable to listen.I have been staying in this hotel for several years on my official and family visit and this was one of the worst experience faced.

Manohar : the service boy was excellent. He served us as per our need and so polite and supportive! Big thanks for him. All staff was supportive and ready serve any time. Food was excellent along with deserts . Great place to watch . Price is also very competitive and worth of money .
