Waiter is very friendly and very caring. Great service, will recommend my friends to come and stay here. Room is cleaned nicely daily. The housekeepers are very feiemdly too. Breakfast n dinner were very delicous. Cooks were very friendly too.

I recently stayed at Ibis, Yanbu and had a very comfortable experience. The housekeeping staff were excellent and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The receptionists, Mr. Abdul Moula, Mrs. Maha, and Mrs. Jumana, were extremely professional and helpful. Additionally, the security personnel, particularly Mr. Aasim Al Johana, were very receptive and ensured a safe environment. The overall professionalism of the hotel staff, especially Mr. Ali, made my stay pleasant and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
