The room’s sound insulation is extremely poor. You can hear everything from the road as if there were no windows at all, and the traffic noise was very loud. Based on this experience, I would not reserve a room at this hotel again.

Rooms are not clean like before All the room sets are missed ya have to ask for them one by one slippers bathroom set etc Beside ya have to change yr room many times untill ya find room with perfect ac then water running fine in bathroom like wt happened with me lat time

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Yanbu but here are some suggestions to make it better: 1- the shower sprays water all over the bathroom and that’s annoying. Maybe a shower curtain could be installed that limits spray? 2- I asked for sunny side up eggs for breakfast but received completely cooked eggs, not runny, two morning in a row so I ate omelets thereafter. 3- cut fruits for breakfast comprised water melon and cantaloupe. Additional cut fruits such as pineapple, banana, oranges would be nice too, and more fruits. For cereal granola and/or muesli would be better than Kellog’s corn flakes. Hot potatoes and breakfast sausages would be nice too. The breakfast menu looks more like a lunch than breakfast. 4- I stayed at the hotel in August 2025 and mentioned to staff that the treadmills didn’t work. The rowing machine also didn’t work. Please fix the workout equipment otherwise get rid of it to make space in the gym. 5- the blind in my room had water staining, extra efforts to make appearances better would be appreciated. 6- I used the pool and there was dust at the bottom of it, do you have a pool vacuum to remove it? The pool is great and thoroughly enjoyed it! 7- I enjoy your kitchen very much, the menu is varied and good and appreciated the fresh clean salads.
