I stayed here for four nights on business and found the experience lacking in key areas. The gym’s main machine was broken, and the others were very noisy. Breakfast was also disappointing, as the menu never changed and the choices were very limited. Finally, I had to keep asking for basic kits (shaving/dental) rather than having them provided in the room by default. There is definitely room for improvement in maintenance and guest services.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. I discovered bed bugs in the bed, which caused multiple bites and prevented me from sleeping throughout the night. This indicates a serious hygiene issue and lack of proper room maintenance. I have documented evidence, including photos and videos, and I expect this matter to be handled urgently.

The room’s sound insulation is extremely poor. You can hear everything from the road as if there were no windows at all, and the traffic noise was very loud. Based on this experience, I would not reserve a room at this hotel again.
