I left behind my jacket last stay in March.Firdaus is very helpful to keep and helped delivered to another hotel for my friend visiting KK to bring back to me. I get to thank him personally. Check in and Check out process is fine. It is good that O did get upgraded as my Gold status not updated in system. Booked for 2 pax but only 1 hand towel in room. No face towel provided. Thank you.

I checked out on29/10/24, but on28/10/24, no house keeping service. But I had already put the tag(Gone exploring) on the lock of the door. When I came back , no house keeping service.Then I call the front desk before I went out for my dinner. But when I came back from dinner, my room still remained the same. Then I informed the front desk once again, they said that they had already informed the house keeper. But I said that nobody came to my room to make up. Then they sent a boy to my room and sent some towels , 2 mineral water, and a roll of tissue to me . I think that the house keeping service needed to improve 👎🏻👎🏻

Mercury is conviniently located for all those who participat ein diving trips. Its literally 2 mins walk to the jetty. Rooms are pretty good and clean, but interior requires refreshment (worn off furniture, walls, door). Personel is friendly. Although some of the policies are wired (ie having to pay per hour for late checkout at 3pm). Pool bar is cosy, but food only OK (I was walking to Hyatt for lunches)
