Quite disappointed with the stay. 1. Room service bill have to pay immediately and cannot be paid upon check-out. 2. Toilets water were clogged. 3. Rooms are not clean and some flooring at the side falls apart. 4. Some places are dusty such tissue holder and the lamps.

Room is very well designed and the pillows are firm but fluffy. We are so grateful to the manager gave us a complimentary breakfast for our wedding anniversary. There was even a morning call for our morning flight. There was also a nice bazaar at the back of the hotel. Suria mall is just a stone's throw away.

Front of house were very welcoming , hold & open door for us during raining season , room were clean ( need to refurbish as the some part of the floor and wall are not in good condition) . Pool were clean , the restaurant compass beside the pool were good .
