First night stay at level 12, room 1220, with strong odour, not sure if that’s mildew or something from the central AC or sewage piping. Will return to your facility but certainly not rooms at level 12. Was good with room 815 that I pad upgrade charges to room with city view.

Building was old, room was worn out. Curtain cannot close completely and the room faced directly to another building, privacy was compromised.

Room was extremely noisy to the point where we could not sleep during the night. The lounge room exterior sliding door was broken and could not be locked. The couch was extremely dirty so we had to use our bath towels to cover before sitting. There was no towel to wipe hands after washing.
