I’ve make 2 reservation due to some personal preferences, which the staying date is continuously. I have request for early check in for the interface period (check out 12pm and check in 3pm). The front only reply me depends on availability. I also check before check out which the room empty but pending cleaning. The staff are not able or manage to fulfill my requested. Feel disappointed

Breakfast dining area has no proper ventilation. A commercial standing fan was provided. Egg section, mostly all pre-cooked and displays on the tray. Even half boiled eggs that I received is not serve hot! Too many instructions all over. Have not seen such things in other hotels that we have stayed. We have stayed in Holiday Inn Express KK with much better deals and much better experiences.

The hotel's location is excellent and the service is good, making it a highly convenient option for families. With a bit of improvement in cleanliness, this would be a perfect place to stay, as during our stay, there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet which unfortunately discounted our overall impression of the experience.

The stay was acceptable, but there are several areas that need improvement. The room cleanliness was below expectations and could be maintained better. The TV channel selection was quite limited, and some channels displayed only black and-white screens. The food was decent but fairly average in terms of taste and variety. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but improvements in housekeeping, room facilities, and dining quality would significantly enhance guest satisfaction. Need to follow up on the invoiced. No Dedicated parking which is important for guest if plan for long stay etc.
