I stayed for 4 days, and on my first day I realized that the housekeeping team didn't clean the floor or mop thoroughly to an extend you can see the dirt. The sheets weren't changed. And to make things worse, the aircond needed filter cleaning! The warning was right at the aircond itself! It was 18c and extremely hot, I kept waking up at night. On my second day, a lizard came into the room. Depsite the staff attempt to capture it, I can't help but to question the entire pest maintenance of the building. Parking was extremely hard to get. You can see deep visible scratch damaged marks on the walls of how the housekeeping carts are pushed against. The hotel isn't carpeted so it there was exactly zero soundproofing. Other than that, they'll need to fix the tinting of the rooms as it got really oven hot during the day and the curtain couldn't contain the heat. Imagine that with the aircond needed servicing. I would not by my sane mind recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well located. Although old could have better cleanliness to help make stay more comfortable. TV is functional but screen is already not clear with bad audio. Breakfast was good, always love the bread provided by Accor group of hotels. Unable to recommend this hotel until some basic amenities are fixed.

Our stay was lovely, mostly thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We originally booked a two-bedroom suite, but unfortunately, the kitchen was nothing like the photos advertised. The management was kind enough to upgrade us to a three-bedroom unit. Although we didn’t really need the extra space, the kitchen was better suited to our needs as we were staying for a longer period. However, what was disappointing was that the kitchen lacked some very basic items, such as a toaster, cutting board, proper kitchen knives, tongs, and many other essentials. I had to purchase these items myself as I was planning to cook during our stay. For this reason, I wouldn’t describe the kitchen as a “fully equipped kitchen for families,” as advertised. Having a properly equipped kitchen was actually the main reason I booked this type of unit. On the positive side, the apartment was very spacious and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is very convenient when travelling with family. The apartment was also very clean and had easy access to Suria Mall, with a supermarket just around the corner. The main downside was the major construction happening nearby. Unfortunately, the construction noise continued throughout the day and even into the night, which was quite disruptive. Breakfast was lovely. The variety was fairly basic and similar each day, but the food was delicious, and the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly because of the wonderful staff and spacious, clean apartment. However, the kitchen facilities and ongoing construction noise were disappointing and are worth considering if you’re planning a longer stay.

Staffs were extremely helpful. Room was hot and the gym facility was troubling. There were times i woke up sweating because of the temperature. Staffs were very understanding and prompt to provide us with a standing fan. Gym facility was a hassle to use as had to go up and down to get the keys and returning keys.

For the price we paid, the suite has everything we needed. It was a bit strange for one of the bedrooms to have absolutely no windows, making it pitch black when the door is closed and lights are out. The location was great, next to the mall and walking distance from the Fri & Sat night market and all the nice eateries. The hotel also held our baggage overnight after checking-out when we were doing our climb of Mt Kinabalu. All in all a very comfortable and stress-free stay!
