Pros: 1. Clean room 2. Good facilities 3. Value for money Cons: 1. Drinks ordered (coffee, teh tarik and nescafe) were very bad. 2. Staffs (or managers) chitchat and occupied some tables during breakfast time, not the first time either, I believe that is not the brand and service standard. 3. Service standard need to be polished to be in line with Accor standards.
