I’ve booked a room + breakfast for RM188, but after checking in, i found out that the breakfast was not buffet type, and went by set (RM10 per set). I should’ve booked a room without breakfast for RM126 and buy 2 sets of breakfast in the next morning (RM126 + RM20 = RM146) which is cheaper. It seems that i paid extra RM42 for nothing :( . Another thing is late check-out privilege for Silver Member, 1pm is too soon and doesn’t sound like a late check-out. Thanks to another frontdesk employee, i got the 3pm one. But i’m still not satisfied with the price that i paid, it’s unfair especially for a regular guest like me, please be alert on the pricing in the Accor website.

Good location for business travel

I enjoyed the stay here as the location is good enough for me to conduct the business trips. The only area this hotel needs to improve is the breakfast, it is fairly limited due to the set meal offer or even buffet, only about 5 to 6 dishes to choose for.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Mr Puvan (GM) was nothing but gracious and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the room upgrade and late check out. We get to sample many food items this visit, and enjoyed breakfast in our suite. Hope to see these enhancements in our future visit: • kitchen staff being more aware and sensitive on timing. I was almost late for an important assignment due to tardiness of breakfast delivery. We promised at 7AM; it was delivered almost half an hour later. • Housekeeping to make abit more effort to spot-treat the sofa and rugs/space carpet in suite 419. Additional decorative pillows would be nice, too • Maintenance should look at tightening fixtures like toilet paper holder and wall lamp by desk. Also, to check inconsistent water temperature; hot water was not working well. All in all, a lovely two-night stay. Recommended a few friends to make ibis Styles a staycation spot. Still a great place to stay, and I wish the team well. See you again VERY soon.

Everything is satisfactory. The only missing was the welcoming treats, I reckon this is due to the Covid restrictions. Otherwise all is well, including the room service and room meals.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in since they lifted the travel ban during the covid 19 MCO period. Eventhough they need to size down their work force, they picked the right team to stay back to keep the hotel running at its best. My sincere thanks to the management team, who made my stay a truly pleasant one. My up most appreciation to the Operation Manager who make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. She offered to loan me her personal humidifyer in order for me to have a plesent night sleep as I mentioned to her that the room was too dry and my sinus was making me difficult to breathe. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers who need a cosy and clean place to stay with the most attentive team to cater to your needs.

Don't feel like privilege as Accor member. Requested slight early check-in, rejected by front counter staff, insist only can check-in at 14:00, or else pay additional MYR 100. After consulted to senior staff, then only allowed. Secondly, requested early check-out with breakfast take-away, first staff during check-in informed but forgotten, only after second time reminder to night shift staff only able to get during check-out the nest day.
