The hotel is not within the central commercial business district but what I like about the location is that it is close to the Mari Mari cultural village and the floating mosque which are among the attractions we visited. Then it is also conveniently located near the local restaurants, convenience stores & fast food chains. The longest walk we had was 14 minutes to the currency changer because the bank was closed for holiday when we arrived. The reception staff were helpful & wonderful. The breakfast was okay. Cleaning service is also good. I was granted my special requests for connecting rooms since i got 2 rooms and a late check out on 1 room which is so convenient for Accor members.

Always felt this is my 'home' when I travel to KK. Nice hotel with convenient & nice surrounding environment. The Hotel is packed with nice & friendly workforce, see some new faces & missed some old faces this time round. Only setback is whenever i travel there, i get new dents to sides of my car no matter how much i carefully parked within my own box due to some irresponsible & mindless ppl who just does not seem to care whenever they open their car doors, just bcos theirs is bigger.
