Found faces in toilet bowl upon checking in

no matter how cheap don't spend your money here. I found faeces in the toilet bowl upon check in. I also found missing kettle so I requested for it. The staff came with a kettle but a dirty one. I'm not blaming the staff. I blame the management for not providing enough training for the staffs. They only provide bathing towels, toilet paper, 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, coffee and tea. Please remember to bring your own toiletries. They don't clean your room during your stay. Budget hotel budget service.

Our rooms are being inspected thoroughly before we allow our guests to check in. As the hotel is supporting Planet 21 initiative, we do not provide complimentary facial wash/shampoo/conditioner. The hotel uses a 3 in 1 LUX as our bathroom soap as well as a soap bar for guest to conveniently wash their hands. The service by the hotel is very pathetic. They don’t clean your rooms daily. You have to submit a verbal request at the reception to clean the room. Inspite giving requests, they don’t clean your room. I had to give requests multiple times and then my room was cleaned on the 3rd day. They don’t provide you with drinking water bottles in the room. You are asked to drink tap water. There is no exhaust in the bathrooms. And because there is no separate washroom area in the room, the room starts to smell as the washrooms are not cleaned at all. The Room safe is broken and when I asked to change the safe or give me a new room, they told me that is not possible and I was told “You can lock the room and leave and no one will enter” The staff is not helpful at all. They talk very rudely. They have 0 decency. YOU CAN DEFINITELY FIND A BETTER HOTEL AT A MUCH BETTER PRICE THAN THIS HOTEL IS CHARGING. I travel around the world on businesses trips, but this is the worst experience that I’ve had with the hotel and hotel staff. I’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Each and every day I’ve faced some problem. THIS HOTEL IS DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

No good for long stay ... Everything have to be requested and they are not responsive on your request . To stay in this hotel , u must have very good temper and don't put lot of expectation that similar to other ibis styles hotel . Even Ibis budget are better than this .I so regret to stay here and better stick toy previous stay at Ibis Budget Joo Chiat Check in staff manner abit impolite and have to wait very long . Then even though there is no reply from them to their email too Breakfast!?? Haha ... Epic failure .. don't waste your money to stay here . Please stay other ibis budget . P/s: if the GM saw this review , please kindly DM me .

We stayed here for two nights. Just to explore Singapore. When arriving by plane i would recommend taking a taxi/grab to get to the hotel. The hotel is ok and clean. Its only a pity that they dont clean the rooms every day. The location is good, since it is near a mrt (600 meter walk). Breakfast was ok, but dont expect too much of it. Overall the hotel was ok for 2 nights. But the next time i would try out another hotel.

The hotel was superb. It has access to subway station - Mattar. Therefore, from there you could reach to any destination of your choice. The front office staff were helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. It was value for money stay. The room was small, but cozy. Anyway who needs a large room when you wander all over till late in the night. Overall I was fully satisfied of the services provided by the hotel. Definitely, if I happen to visit Singapore I will stay in the same hotel. Thank you everyone.
