* Busy hotel only catering to short term tourists * Not meant for regular travelers who expect a certain level of consistency * Old towels, no regular cleaning, bed sheets not changed during stay, reception doesn’t answer phone many times * Breakfast spread could be less and items tastier / better quality * Even Coffee and tea taste was horrible! * Billing mistake took several days to resolve (still waiting for refund!) * Overall I would never recommend this hotel

1. The speed of internet WIFI is very slow. It is why there has no smart TV in the room. 2. TV has only 21 channels. Among such 21 channels, 7 channels have no signal and 3 channels are the same. 3. Poor room sound insulation. I can hear the person in the "next room" snoring while I sleep. 4. Many Indian guests fill their drinking water directly with used bottles by touching the water machine.

Weird overall construction, made me uneasy

1. Lobby between the room smells bad 2. No inlet for fresh air 3. Room had a big column right in the middle, which is very weird counstruction. 3. I didnt get proper invoice when I checked out 10 hrs early. This shouldnt be the case. Good thing is they sent a mail post that. Good things 1. I got early checkin 2. Reception staff was super helpful.

In terms of location, it is not a well-located place with no access to mrt or convenient store (nearest would be an Esso petrol kiosk). The rooms are a little bit old but it was the price that I paid for. The tv signal in the room 550 was grainy and bad.

Worst stay ever! Check in was smooth however the real ordeal started after we entered our room. It was extremely small and definitely not meant for 2 Adults and 1 Kid. The size is advertised as 194 Sq. Ft. but it is no bigger than 100 Sq. Ft. There was no cupboard albeit a hanger. Room service did not exist. Guests were asked to fill up water from reception or restaurant themselves. Restaurant gets closed by 10PM so your are left to arrange for your food afterwards. The hotel is located in a shady mall so the AC is managed centrally for both which meant if mall AC is switched off, hotel AC doesn't cool anymore. Bathroom door lock was broken so no privacy while you do your stuff inside. Room cleaning was limited to cleaning the bathroom and changing towels. Staff doesn't make the bed unless you specifically request them. For toiletries, there was only body wash in the bathroom. Breakfast spread was alright however tables were limited so it got really busy in the morning and we had to wait for half an hour to get a table. General behaviour of staff was indifferent. They didn't care to make it a comfortable stay for anyone. Overall a very bad experience. It's a budget hotel as per the staff but they charge a bomb. Better to spend a little extra and get a better hotel.
