Dear Charismaca, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the hotel. I will be sure to share your feedback with our team, especially the housekeeping manager who always enjoys hearing from our guests. Our rooms are being inspected thoroughly before we allow our guests to check in. As the hotel is supporting Planet 21 initiative, we do not provide complimentary facial wash/shampoo/conditioner. The hotel uses a 3 in 1 LUX as our bathroom soap as well as a soap bar for guest to conveniently wash their hands. Our website reflects all the latest guidelines and measures which we’ve implemented to put our guests at ease. Your concern totally makes sense. As we are moving to a zero plastic effort by Planet 21, we no longer provide complimentary water bottles and have installed water filters for our guests.
