My gold membership was not acknowledge again when I stayed at this hotel. No greetings no nothing. System was not working at check out so I could with a proper and valid invoice.

Im a gold member and sadly at the desk this was not acknowledge. The staff at checkin did not know how to include breakfast in my reservation and at check out no help was given to provide a correct and formal receipt for taxes purposes.

Ascensor en mal estado. Al ir a desayunar no habían tazas ni platos, 10 minutos se demoraron en reponer. Pan de molde del desayuno estaba añejo todos los días. Palta del desayuno estaba aumentada con algún producto, por lo que su sabor era ácido. El valor de la cena era muy alto ($20.000 a $25.000 un plato más un jugo). Sándwich de la cena venía con el pan quemado y añejo. Platos de cena con poca cantidad para el alto valor que tienen. Personal con mala disposición y actitud. Un día no me hicieron cambio de toallas y otro día me dejaron una toalla sucia. Aire acondicionado de la pieza estaba en mal estado, no funcionaba. Piso de la pieza estaba con polvo, faltaba aseo. Los jugos del desayuno estaban desabridos pasados en agua.
