Best receptionist ever!

I would like to leave a review for the reception service, especially for Clara, who has been the best receptionist I have encountered in my experience. Not only she has been of help for ordinary needs, but she has also took the time to support me with work emergency (like printing docs last minute), and has suggested me with the best restaurant and services fitting perfectly my needs and taste. I would lodge again at this hotel even also to get again this service and kindness (even more during a business trip).

Visited with my sisters for their birthdays. The hotel was lovely and well located. Tram stop directly outside of the hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of choice..donuts for breakfast! Waffle machine loads of breads and free coffee/tea throughout the stay. Room was great, comfortable bed I slept very well. The ladies on receptionist were really great, especially Ama. They were so kind in setting up wine and cakes in my sisters room for her birthday upon return from our day out.

Very good hotel with good connectivity to city centre

The hotel was very good overall. The breakfast was included in the room price and there is a tram station just outside the hotel to get you to the city center. The only downside was we got a room next to the road on 1st floor. Room 107. Though the noise didn’t bother us much but WiFi signals weren’t reaching the room. Apart from that everything else was good

Perfect City break hotel

We enjoyed 3 comfortable nights at this ideal city break hotel. Close enough to the city centre yet quiet. We were able to walk to all the central tourist spots and through that found some good restaurants and bars as well as the Christmas market. Breakfast, buffet style was comprehensive offering a wide choice from cereals to cooked to breads and cakes and cold meats and cheese. Our bedroom was roomy, comfortable and clean.

Good location..nice stay

Very nice hotel. Good transportation from Railway Station by metro nr 2 or 6 station Louise. There is a tram 92 and 97 which stays in front of the hotel (Fider stop) Bed was comfortable .there is a fridge and microwave which is big plus. Breakfast was good..bread fabulous and hotel is clean. Air condition can be a little bit noisy if someone is light sleeper but it's not problem ...I always travel with ear plugs. I'd recommend this hotel!
