Aparthotel Adagio Rome Vatican 4 stars

Just outside Rome, perfectly situated next to railway station (did not hear one train) train was few stops from metro and into the centre of Rome in ten minutes. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Stephania who guided us to sights, trains, supermarkets and even booked us taxi when shuttle didn’t arrive. We were apartment only but paid for breakfast which was well stocked and fresh. Apartment was clean with large shower, dishwasher, cooker and microwave

Very comfortable spacious studio, all the kitchen utensils available, even a coffee bed tray, very good shower. The only down side was the shower drain that was clogged

The apartment was very nice. We booked a twin room but when arrived they only had a double which was a bit frustrating as I do not like sharing beds 😫 The staff were very lovely and approachable. We had a sun terrace rather than a balcony which was nice on a morning with the sunrise.

Good connection with city

I booked and paid more than five months in advance for a stay in Aparthotel Adagio Roma Vatican, using the All-Accor webpage. When we arrived to the Aparthotel we were told that the payment I had made to All-Accor (France) five months before (wich I proved by forwarding to them the confirmation e-mail) had not been transferred to Adagio Roma Vatican in Italy. We were assigned an excellent apartment and we enjoyed of our holidays in Roma. But two days later tha payment problem was not yet solved for them and they asked me to pay again directly to Adagio Roma Vatican in Italy, and that in three days All-Accor in France would refund me the full payment made during the booking. Now, three weeks after the second payment and six months after the booking and first payment I still have not been refunded for one of the full payments, so that I have paid two times for the same stay. I complained to the customer service six days ago but I still don't have an answeer.
