Disappointing Stay with Poor Service

We recently stayed at this hotel with my family and our dog, as the hotel is pet-friendly. The room itself was decent—spacious and comfortable—but our overall experience was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the lack of service and the issue with the laundry facilities. We encountered a very unusual situation where only one person was handling the entire night shift at the front desk. While we understand that staffing can sometimes be tight, it led to a lot of frustration when we ran into issues with the self-service laundry. The hotel uses its own special coins for the washing machines, which was a bit inconvenient. The real problem started with the dryer. It wouldn’t stop running, and despite our attempts to seek help, we were told that the receptionist couldn’t assist us because he was the only one working. We were left standing around, unsure of what to do, while he remained at the desk, not busy at all and casually using his phone. After over an hour and a half, the dryer finally stopped, but not before ruining our clothes. Our jeans shrank by about two inches, which was really frustrating. The worst part of the experience, however, was how we were treated by the receptionist. When we politely asked for assistance, he responded rudely, shouting at us and displaying a poor attitude. It was completely unprofessional, and even though we tried to remain calm, the lack of courtesy and helpfulness from the staff made the situation worse. In conclusion, while the room and pool were acceptable, the terrible service and mishandling of our laundry experience were enough to make us decide we won’t stay here again. We were hoping for a more pleasant and supportive experience, especially from the staff, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Treating guests as scumbags

I am really disappointed with this hotel because they treated us as a scumbags. It will be nice if you change your policy because they are also honest people like us. We booked this hotel in September as bday present for my father in law. During this time we updated our original card so when we came we showed them our updated card and also proved that we paid that in September. But still it wasn’t enough for them and they done the refund to the card which we don’t have and charged us again. It wasn’t nice while we were checking in because also the father in law was disappointed and saw the costs. Now we are overcharged and who knows if we see the refund. Also when we checked in the room wasn’t ready for 4 people and they prepared sofa in front of us. And what’s the big minus is that we had to clean the room and even go out with garbage. I stayed in many hotels but never Been treated like this in my life. It was really a disappointment for all of us.
