Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a un an. Nous avons pu constaté que pendant ce temps de petites défectuosités et de l’usure. En arrivant , nous avons trouvé notre chambre ouverte. Je crois qu’une remise à niveau s’impose avant des inconvénients plus importants. Ce serait dommage vu toutes les qualités de cet hôtel était hôtel.

A proximité de Holyrood (10 minutes à pied). Pas loin de Waverley Bridge pour transfert à l’aéroport par Airlink (10 mn à pied en traversant la gare) Lits un peu trop mous. Équipement cuisine satisfaisant (la poêle mériterait d’être changée). Éponge neuve et pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle fournies. Un séjour très agréable dans un environnement calme et pourtant au cœur de l’activité touristique de la ville

Bel établissement particulièrement bien situé ( Royal Mile). Dommage que le prix payé ne correspond en rien à celui indiqué sur le site Accor Hôtel et surtout qu'il soit nécessaire de vérifier la facture pour rectifier une erreur d'une centaine d'euros.

Très bon emplacement et très bon accueil mais laisse à désirer sur le plan technique Lave-vaisselle impossible à fermer et surtout ventilation en panne dans la salle de bain avec des odeurs désagréables malgré notre signalement cela n’a pas pu être réparé Dommage surtout pour le prix !

L’appartement hôtel est très bien situé mais pour 4 personnes la literie est moyenne sur le canapé lit individuel. Aussi des qu’on rentre dans la salle de bains la ventilation qui est bruyante .

Literie moyenne c'est pas un vrai lit. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont pas au mieux: la poêle est toute rayée et est faite pour 8 dans un studio 2 personnes et n'est pas aux dimensions de la plaque chauffante idem pour le faitout. Dommage que les toilettes ne sont pas séparées. Beaucoup d'humidité dans la salle de bains. Mais l'équipe de la réception est prête à nous aider à tout moment. Point fort la salle de fitness les jours pluvieux.

Nous avons adoré les appartements comme nous étions une famille de 4. Chambre sans bruit, nous pouvions fermer les portes, cuisine, etc. Nous avons eu accès aussi à la laverie et ils fournissent le savon, cependant nous devons payer, ce qui est tout à fait normal.
