Séjour d’une nuit dans ce Novotel avant de reprendre l’avion. Le soir nous avions réservé au restaurant, nous étions apparemment les seuls, et l’employée nous a ouvert le restaurant que pour nous. Un tel professionnalisme est digne d’un 5*, jamais d’un 4. Un esprit d’initiative, un réel attachement à la satisfaction client, bref, une équipe de grande qualité. Je dois dire que j’ai rarement vu tant de professionnalisme dans un Novotel, et pourtant en tant que Platinium, je dors souvent dans les hôtels Accor. Bref, merci.

Hôtel neuf entre l’aéroport et le centre ville

Hôtel parfaitement situé entre l’aéroport (12min) et le centre d’Edimbourg (15min). Le tram passe toutes les 5 minutes et l’arrêt Park station est à 300m. Aucun bruit extérieur. Commerces juste en face. L’hôtel est neuf, la literie est excellente. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours. Le personnel est très professionnel et soucieux de notre confort. Ils nous ont prêté deux adaptateurs le temps de notre séjour. Je conseille cet hôtel si vous séjournez quelques jours à Édimbourg.
