Nous avons passé 5 nuit au Novotel et nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié le séjour. Chambre calme et atmosphère reposante. Personnel accueillants et disponibles. Localisation parfaite pour se rendre dans le centre ville via le TRAM.

Nourriture très peu variée, pas une seule personne parlant le français. Un jour nous sommes partis en ville (9h jusque 19h30) et quelle surprise de s’apercevoir en rentrant que le personnel de chambre ai laissé ouvert notre porte de chambre. Pas content du tout, nous avons perdu 500€.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour un séjour de 2 jours en famille en spécifiant plus de 6 mois à l’avance que nous avions besoin de 2 chambres communicantes pour accueillir nos 3 enfants en bas âge. Nous n’avons pas eu de chambres communicantes pour notre première nuit ce qui nous a obligé à nous séparer pour qu’il y ait un adulte par chambre. Par ailleurs le personnel de l’hôtel ne nous a jamais alerté sur le fait que le parking était payant (ce qui n’est jamais le cas en France) et nous avons reçu deux contraventions de stationnement majorées de frais de dossier de la part de notre loueur.

We are very surprised with your extremely low score to our hotel and we would like to utilise this space to clarify a few aspects from your review: Firstly, I would like to apologise for the fact that the first night of your stay was not comfortable. due to not having interconnecting rooms. We are not able to guarantee that adjoining rooms will be available, as we only have a very limited amount and the demand for them is very high. The reason we do not guarantee them is that if we do promise someone that they will get adjoining rooms and then there is an issue out of our control with those rooms (such as a serious maintenance problem, or a guest already in the rooms that decides to extend their stay), this would be unacceptable to the guest that counts on having them available. Our staff did their best to find a solution for you., They moved your rooms on the second night, and I can see that they also offered further compensation as they wanted to do what they could to make your stay a little better. Regarding car park, I want to take this space and opportunity to clarify that we are open and transparent with the fact that there is a fee for car park. This charge appears on all of our booking channels and is easy to find. Upon arrival to the hotel, with have at least a dozen green signs with payment instructions for the car park. There are QR codes that direct guests to the payment link, and also signs directing our guests to the reception desk for further questions or comments. This is why I am so surprised regarding this specific point in your review. I am sorry that, on this occasion, we failed to provide you with the well rounded fantastic experience that we aim to provide our guests with.
