En premier lieu, l'hôtel est idéalement situé pour faire même à pied les nombreuses visites à faire tant dans le old town que dans le new town. Les chambres sont confortables, le petit déjeuner varié et vraiment top. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours à l'écoute.

Hotel a 2 minutes du Royal Mile et de Victoria Street, de grandes chambres, avec petit service à thé (bouillore, tasses, thé, café et sucre), nous sommes bien au Royaume-Uni et on apprécie ! Restaurant bar dans l'hôtel et c'est bien pratique, surtout qu'on y mange bien. Très bon petit déjeuner libre service. Je recommande très fortement cet hôtel et n'hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau pour mon prochain voyage à Edimbourg

Hôtel très bien situé, notre chambre était relativement propre et le staff très sympathique. Cependant, il y a un véritable problème d'isolation dans les chambres. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres d'à côté et dans les couloirs. Il est donc difficile de bien se reposer. Il y aussi une mauvaise ventilation dans la salle de bains.
