Une chambre agréable, une literie confortable et un petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Un service gratuit : pause café/thé possible à toute heure et un dépose bagages à la fin du séjour possible en attendant notre départ d'Édimbourg. Ce qui nous a permis de faire une dernière excursion, un déjeuner et un peu de shopping dans la journée avant de quitter Edimbourg.

Rien d’extraordinaire …petites chambres et très bruyant

On the distance, we are around ten minutes from the terminal by car, with the tram stopping a short walk from the door, closer than most hotels serving the airport, though we appreciate it may not have felt that way. The rooms are the compact ibis budget format, and the noise is a fair point, our team can always move a guest to a quieter part of the building, and we would have done so gladly had we known during your stay. Très mauvaise expérience. Accueil sans aucune considération du client. Chambre très petite mal aménagée et des draps sales. Le parking est payant sans aucune garantie de retrouver une place si vous le quittes pour aller dîner. Conclusion pas de dîner! Enfin cet hôtel qui n'est pas digne du groupe Accord sauf pour la rentabilité = exploitation des clients coût plus de 200€ la nuit. Il a l'avantage d'être prêt de l'aéroport mais il y en a d'autres qui n'auront pas de difficulté a être meilleurs

On the linen, reception is staffed twenty-four hours and bedding could be changed straight away on request, so anything of that sort is best raised at the desk at the time rather than left for the night. We're sorry the welcome didn't come across as it should have. The room is the standard ibis budget layout and is shown in full in the photographs online. Parking is chargeable and allocated on arrival rather than reserved, so a space cannot be held once a car leaves the site. As for the rate, peak season lifts prices across the whole of Edinburgh and ours move with that demand as any hotel's do, while remaining below the city-centre rates for the same nights. Chambre petite pour un prix de 250 euros

Thank you for taking the time to write, and for the kind words about the team. :) The room and bathroom are the standard ibis budget layout, and the whole of it is shown in the photos online. On the rate, August is Edinburgh's peak season and prices climb right across the city, ours move with that demand as any hotel's do, while still sitting well below the city-centre rates for the same nights. Nous avons passé une nuit quand nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport, excellent accueil, il était tard et nous avons pu dîner sur place. Chambre propre, pas de bruit, je recommande. Par contre, grosse déception sur la qualité du petit déjeuner. Très peu de choix en salé comme en sucré et produits médiocres.

l'hôtel, les parties communes, la chambre sont bien entretenus. Le personnel est à l'écoute et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est complet, même si la variété n'est pas au rendez vous. L'insonorisation est moyenne, on entend très bien les gens parler dans le couloir et les chambres voisines. Les transports en commun sont tout proche.

Chambre correcte mais sans âme, literie ok. Pas simple pour se rendre à l'aéroport (on a pris un uber, auroyr de 20 livres). Pas grand chose autour(1 resto à 10 minutes type restauration rapide). Et très cher.....

Nous avons eu une chambre pour personnes handicapées; avec salle de bain qui va avec... Le lavabo était bouché.... Ma fille et moi negardons pas un bon souvenir de cette chambre. Heureusement que c'était juste pour une nuit , car si nous étions restées plus longtemps, j'aurais demandé un changement. La personne à l'accueil m'a dit que je devais considérer cette chambre comme un "upgrade" car elle est grande... Comment l'auriez vous pris vous??

L’hôtel dispose de bonnes installations et, pour une personne seule, il est tout à fait adapté pour une nuit. Il est situé à proximité de l’aéroport et le tram permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville. J’ai également apprécié la possibilité de laisser mes bagages gratuitement après le départ. En revanche, plusieurs points sont à améliorer. À mon arrivée dans la chambre, il n’y avait ni la télécommande de la télévision, ni celle permettant de régler le chauffage. Comme il faisait froid et que j’étais seule dans une chambre twin, j’ai dû utiliser la couette du deuxième lit pour passer la nuit. J’ai également trouvé plusieurs cheveux dans les draps, ce qui est inacceptable. Autre problème : la lampe de la tête de lit droite ne s’éteignait pas. Pour pouvoir dormir, j’ai dû placer un coussin et une serviette devant la lumière afin de la masquer. J’ai signalé l’absence de la télécommande de la télévision à la réception, et la réceptionniste m’en a remis une immédiatement. Le personnel est globalement correct, mais au moment du check-out, personne ne m’a demandé si mon séjour s’était bien passé ou si j’avais rencontré des difficultés. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est peu varié. De plus, pendant un long moment, il n’y avait plus de vaisselle disponible, ce qui a entraîné beaucoup d’attente pour les clients.
