The main issues arose from smell of cigarettes coming out of the bathroom and the inability for this to be cleaned and the cleaning not being available. We offered to a smaller room with no compensation. Secondly there was room upkeep completed or fresh towels provided for the second day.

room was tidy when i arrived. i stayed two nights. i left on the second day for meetings at 8.30am and when i got back to my room at 4pm it had not been visited by cleaners. so i had a unmade bed and luckily had another towel that was damp. Left me feeling like should i return on next business trip as i use the hotel frequently

Once again Our Stay was wonderful in every way. The Staff of Gabiel, Anna & Scarlet could not have been more Helpful or Obliging Chris the Maintenance bloke was terrific and obloging

Your wonderful staff are the only reason why I didn’t rate you worse. Th furniture in our room was caked in what we hope was food, the plug in the sink didn’t drain, the shower design created a dangerously slippery floor. Tape covered the top of the window. From my wheelchair I couldn’t reach the lift button. Access to the paid parking was only via stairs. Location is great but this girl is well past due for a renovation.
