Dear Leon, Thank you for your review. As you mentioned, we informed you a week in advance about the restaurant closure, which was due to the Easter holidays. Our restaurant remains closed during this time. Regarding the swimming pool, please note that it is located in a separate building and operated independently; however, it also follows a holiday schedule and was closed during the festive period. As for the gym, we are currently renovating it and purchasing brand-new equipment to further enhance our guests' experience. Despite having had a great experience the previous time (in February 2025), the current stay (in April 2026) was very disappointing... Due to a misunderstanding, where one of my sons asked the cleaners to come back later to clean the room, they didn't clean the room at all, so had to ask the receptionist to clean the room and provide fresh towels. As we liked the Nespresso coffee in the room, we used most of the pads the first day, but when the room was cleaned, these were not replaced with new ones, which I thought was not very professional. Last, but not least, when checking out, at Reception my prepayment could not be found and it took a long time to finally sort it out. So all in all, due to these experiences, it was rather disappointing and a little bit sad for my sons and I, as we were really looking forward to this trip...

Restaurant was closed - we were informed of this a week before making our way there. The gym was under renovation and the pool was closed.

Good hotel and friendly staff, rooms very comfortable and clean. Restaurant is good and well priced could do with menu being in English which you can read is my only small complaint
