We had a really great experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We especially want to mention Duban, the receptionist who helped us at check-in. We had an issue with our reservation, and he went above and beyond to help us fix it. The hotel is also in a great, central location, which made everything very convenient. Overall, we left very happy with our stay. Definitely recommend it!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, well before check-in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. Lizbeth, who was at the front desk, greeted us kindly, guided us through everything we needed, and even took care of our luggage while we waited. This was incredibly helpful, as it allowed us to explore the area and grab something to eat without any worries. Later, once we were in our room, we were delighted to find it elegant, modern, and spacious—perfect for a restful stay. The next morning at breakfast, we truly experienced the flavors and aromas of Panama. The breakfast was delicious and wonderfully varied, and the service was outstanding. Steven, the manager, kindly arranged a table for us despite how busy it was at the time. The waitstaff were attentive, warm, and consistently gracious. We would especially like to recognize Trinidad, whose expertise and care made each breakfast memorable. She prepared eggs in many styles, and my girlfriend, who doesn’t usually enjoy eggs, ended up eating them every day because Trinidad went out of her way to prepare them exactly as she liked. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and prior commitments, we didn’t have the chance to enjoy dinner at the hotel, but we are certain it must be just as exceptional as the breakfasts. Overall, everyone was incredibly kind. Those with whom we had the pleasure of sharing brief conversations—such as Luz, Felix Alba, and others, left us with the lasting feeling that we were welcomed as part of their own family. What they offered us was truly invaluable. We look forward to returning to Panama very soon, and without a doubt, we will stay again at Novotel.

The staff at Novotel surpassed my expectations. Extremely helpful. A lady in recepcion called Luz helped install a local simcard which is a whole process and very complicated. She was so patient and kind and really went out of her way to help and explain me. I only had great experiences with all the staff members to be honest, from breakfast servers to room cleaners and of course reception. Everyone amazing, smiling and friendly.
