The staff was great on all aspects. My wife was under the weather when we arrived and Misael had soup sent up to provide some nourishment which was much appreciated. They only downside it the double beds in 1007 sag in the middle, they really should be replaced.

It’s my second stay at the Novotel and I can only say one thing in Jamaican terms , “everything good mon “, yes I love staying at the Novotel , it’s a amazingly clean place filled with beautiful architecture and wonderful people, I love the staffs, I love the food and my bed felt like paradise… I can’t wait to be back there … the food is always fresh and the staffs really warm and welcoming… ❤️❤️❤️😇🙏🏿
