I stayed for 1 week for business. The hotel has the option to include breakfast in the room fee. I recommend to add it to your reservation. It is well located with variety of restaurants and convenience stores at a walking distance.

Front desk people aren’t friendly, no help offered to help with luggage’s, no kettles or hot water to drink wasn’t available post 10 pm , no swimming pool. It isn’t like the other chains of Novotel that i have visited

The hotel is clean quiet, has a gym, plenty of workspace area and electric outlets, friendly and courteous staff, restaurant with good food (although limited menu but very adequate). It is walkable to many many services, stores, restaurants, mini markets, the metro, and a great fonda.

I loved the location,more of a middle class neighborhood rather than the ultra touristy Casco Viejo. Metro is one block away. You can take it to the financial district or the airport. But beware that the turnstiles at the Via Argentina station do not take the credit card swipe and go. Luckily another passenger buzzed us through with his card. Uber and Didi are only about $16-20 to the airport. Lots of good restaurants, El Trapiche(photo) is local food at a good price, El Prado is sort of a rip off so avoid. There's pizza, Spanish tapas and Indian restaurants all within 5 minutes walk from hotel. Great view with our superior room on the 9th floor. Comfy bed and pillows. Strong A/C. Big 55" TV with Netflix etc. Floor to ceiling windows with black out curtains. Soft towels and large walk in shower. If you're lucky you may get to see Roberto Duran the famous boxer, he lives in a house(photo) right next to the hotel. Multiplaza mall is massive and is a $5 Uber ride away. Large food court, a dozen sit down restaurants, a movie theater and every store imaginable. Btw, if you are going to Casco Viejo, I don't recommend taking the metro to 5 de mayo station and walking. There is a super sketchy barrio between the two. Take an Uber to and from the hotel.

I loved staying on the tenth floor where I could see the city. It was in a great location in the town as well and the entire building felt very clean and modern. The TV worked well and was great quality to watch Netflix, YouTube and HBO. The only issue was that the vent sometimes made a rattling noise at night but other than that there were no issues. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. They did not hesitate to fix a problem we had when we arrived. Athina and the Male coworker wigh her, I can't remember his name, were excellent. One tip, the room attendant must always remenber to feplace the toilet tissues. Overall, excellent stay, and a memorable vacation for my wife and I.
