Was an amazing experience while I stayed this hotel. The front desk lady was very helpful, informational and caring. Her empathy and quick thinking is a great example of an employee going above and beyond, without her I would have missed my flight but her quick thinking and actions save my day. I definitely recommend staying at Novotel. The location is also a great plus.

Generally it was good. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the fruits. The staff were helpful and kind. There were a few things which could improve. At check in I was asked to pay by a lady at the front desk but I had already paid in full also my key did not work twice on the elevator to get to my room. The staff sorted it out this was helpful. The bathroom needs to be properly clean this was not evident when I first arrived.

This stay was much much better then the last stay. Had no major problems. Room was very spacious and clean. Very warm welcome back from the gentleman at reception. (Same gentleman that helped me with the train card with my previous visit) The upgrade was very much appreciated. Only one thing was the breakfast staff was not very friendly on the 2nd day. I greeted them. The lady looked at me and did not say anything, instead she continued to fold napkins. Day time reception gentleman told me O ok I will pass the message to the team...no sorry or my apologies. Have to point out it was not the same gentleman that welcomed me back. Little disappointment in that. Otherwise the hotel is in a good location and mostly all staff are very friendly and helpful!!

I had an amazing stay at Novotel Hotel. From the moment my husband and I arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. The entire property was quiet, relaxing, and very well maintained. Every interaction with the team from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and professional. The location was perfect, and everything I needed was either on-site or close by. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended.
