service was not at the level of expectation. room are not well maintained (broken light, not working power soket...) I'm still waiting for my complementary bottles of water

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which had a positive impact on the stay. However, the location is quite far from shops and restaurants, which can be inconvenient. The room itself seemed a bit worn out – the shelf under the sink was in poor condition, the wall near the bed was dirty, and the bathroom door frame appeared to have been previously broken and repaired in an unprofessional manner.
