I was staying in the hotel for business. My room had been paid for by the company I was working for. I ate 1 meal in the hotel one evening, as the day had been very long, retired to my room and went to sleep. Around 10 PM I was awoken by the phone ringing in my room. I didnt get to it in time so figured bit was a wrong number. I was in the process of going back to sleep when it rang again. To my astonishment it was a front desk associate that demanded I come downstairs amd pay for my meal as there was no payment on file for my room. I asked if this could be done in the morning as I was in bed and was told no that it needed to be handled now. My stay had been paid for another 3 nights at this time. This inconsiderate act was undignified and rude. I will never again stay at this property or any others associated.

This place is amazing! It's in a great location close to lots of shops and restaurants. All the tour busses do pickups right from the lobby. The staff are friendly and professional.

I had a great stay here for two nights and would definitely stay again. The hotel was solid and very clean. The rooms were basic but spacious, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated that they allowed me to store my bags for a few hours after checkout, which made my last day much easier. Breakfast was excellent for the price, with plenty of options. There was an omelette station, a good variety of fruit and bread, and several hot items to choose from. Overall, a great value and a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Panama City.
