Superb hotel, great location, The hotel is stunning, we had a luxurious room, The bed was super comfortable and the staff are super friendly throughout the hotel. We had room service which was good food, breakfast was also excellent plenty to choose from and well cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend and will be back.

Nice welcome and good breakfast. However we all felt the hotel was overpriced and not value for the money. The plumbing meant we could hear when the neighbouring rooms were using the bathroom.

Excellent stay, definitely the best hotel in liverpool by far, staff friendly, food good, room clean and modern and bed super comfy. Great location, will definitely stay again.

Poor Breakfast

Dont think your cooked breakfasts are a good standard, the scrambled egg looked like it could have been used in a construction site. There's no choice of different eggs, also cant have an omelette. Apart from that everything was fine.
