Another nice stay - good location. Breakfast good. Nice room (1010) with harbour view. Thanks for the late check out. Club Lounge ambience is not "quite there" in our opinion - food and drink selection good but back ground music didn't hit the mark (in our mind).

Great location in Auckland but….decor we found to be incredibly tacky, soulless and the whole building seemed cheap. The dense air- perfume in the lobby was sickening, couldn’t sit there. Ditto the hallways and our room. With a glass door sliding between the shower and the toilet, when one of us was in the shower the toilet was effectively open to the room. And vice versa. Worse was that when the glass door was over the toilet, there was a huge gap at the top opening into the room- NO PRIVACY. We would either put our heads under the pillow and hold our nose or else go out into the corridor to give each other some privacy. We spent nearly NZ$1K for two nights. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I ordered door dash and reception refused to deliver to our door Asked for a little late check out (30mins) but said not allowed at all Plenty of availability Buffet Breakfast was overpriced and got very little options Very limited Parking Our room toilet and bathroom had a sharing door so did not suit family to stay or those that need privacy room was pretty crowded
