Staff were friendly but the walls are quite thin and we can hear the next room talking throughout the night. Breakfast selection was limited and the cooked items were not hot.

Staff were excellent throughout our stay, room was clean. breakfast was good. Small bar was a nice touch. Free coffee and water by reception. Car parking on site was so much easier. We got taxi's everywhere and only paid £6 per trip (to Bullring, restaurants etc) Would definitely stay again

Only spent one night here for my companies Christmas Party nearby, but room was warm, check in and check out was easy, breakfast was really good. Would definitely recommend as a city break stay over
