Underground car park, easy to find, £15 covered the car park all weekend, safe and secure. Hotel was located a short walk from New Street and from there we walked plenty of places and found it very convenient. Member of staff who greeted us was fantastic, helpful and friendly. Hotel felt clean and modern. Our room was absolutely fine, adequate, clean and comfortable. We didn't have much of a view though from the 4th floor, just a flat roof sadly. Breakfast was very nice, everything you'd expect from a help yourself set up. There was free tea and coffee throughout the stay just by reception. I would recommend.

Good location near the museum and Centenary Square. Nice pub - The Shakespeare next door, but very quiet. Room nice and clean, and a good size, but a little gloomy. Also, the windows cannot be opened - you are reliant upon the air conditioning.

Very stuffy and slightly smelly room, despite changing once (the first room was even worse)

Just a one minute walk from the main Birmingham Art Museum, this hotel offers fairly large rooms with rainfall showers. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Have stayed before and would do so again.
