Pathetic...inefficient....no proper washroom ..........a washroom inside the room is made out of plastic sheet...........looks like i am staying in a train......rooms were dirty and smelling.........pillows were dirty and no assistance

We have stayed there earlier too, but this time it was completely out of hand. My spouse and I we had ordered room service for cutlery sets but the order came to our room about 1 hour late and that too after calling the reception and the restaurant like more than 6 times. The reception management lied straight to my wife's face that they will be providing the stuffs in 5 minutes but their 5 minutes took us 1 hour. Don't know how such stuffs happens in such reputed hotels when they are not at all under staffed.
