It was a bad experience to staying in ibis firstly when I check in the receptionist say about my full payment I already paid but service is verry poor when I deamand a one glass and plates they denied from next time I never consider IBIS I am from corporate every month we had a meeting in kolkata from next time we dont consider

Minor problem at check in. Despite sending the mail and getting confirmation , about reservation, the front desk was not updated ...I had to show them the email I had sent the confirmation I had received. What if I was not carrying my laptop or my email was not working ?

Totally shocked by the behaviour of staff at reception , no trolleys for luggage to carry. Room AC was pathetic.

Hotel was good. The lamp switch nearby bed was difficult to find. Also food quality was good. But menu items were quite less in quantity as compared to price. So we had lunch once and another day dinner/lunch outside for 3 nights and 4 days.

I traveled for work, and this hotel appeared to be an excellent place to have a rest after business day and to get prepared for the next one. Comfortable bed and furniture, fresh bottled water, electric kettle with tea bags, and many other things. Excellent hotel!

I don't know from were should I start describing my experience for your property , but starting since the day 1 from my stay at the property , started with a bad and pathetic breakfast were as I would like to state that the food quality and the services felt as highly dissapointing to me because all the times the various items received by me were extremely cold and un-eatable , manpower during the stay wea extremely less , as I found no one to cater me at the restaurant while I went for my breakfast , none of the staffs present at the dining hall to serve the "Cx" , were as I witnessed for the first time that we our self have to go and take the food on our own , that's how it's called as "Self Service" even after taking it by our own efforts , we don't get the food up to the mark , no relevant feedbacks taken either by the "Chef" nor the hotel management staff nor the "Lady Manager" present at the restaurant.. The behaviour what's been witnessed by me of the "Lady manager" with the staffs present at the "Dining area" was extremely rude and pathetic ... Humanity doesn't seem to be present any were ... I don't find professionalism at the property , because if I had to point out I can point out few more areas , were as entering into the room as well gave me my moment of shock as I couldn't spot none of the bathroom essentials as again nor did I found "Dental kit" nor the "Soaps" to be present out in der in the washroom ... I would be delighted to hear back from you on the same review soon , as I thought of using my "Twitter handle" for a min to update on the same to "Gaurav Bhushan & Sebastien Basin" in regards to the services I have been provided by the property and the staff of IBIS....
