Offers comfortable stay. Early check in needs improvement as most people might reach much ahead of regular check in time of 2pm. It makes significant impact on business travelers who might have to check in early for meetings around 10/ 11 am.

The price of the rooms does not commensurate with the facilities the hotel has provided. Small rooms with portable bathroom, the concept is not acceptable ... Overall this has been my first and last stay in any hotel of IBIS

Room was good but experienced delayed room service and house keeping requests. Breakfast offered lot of choices but did not find authentic taste/preparation. Even tea disappointed.

Very less value for money and not convenient for business traveler like me. I had to go to a central place to get my cloths ironed, very small rooms/bath rooms - soaps/shampoo options are bad.

I usually experience excellent service @ IBIS in different locations. But stay @ IBIS Kolkatta was horrible , mainly in terms of food & service at restaurant. The staff at restaurant was rude n with full of attitude . It was completely unprofessional & irresponsible as compared to the high standard of Accor group . Very disappointed

1. Dinner utensils of other room lying out side the room which was giving a bad ambience whenever we were entering in my room ( it was lying since 8 pm till next day Moring ..) 2. Very crowded cafeteria area , was not able to take my breakfast properly.

The front desk provided incorrect information on room charges, there was no help when I got in. In short I did not feel there was any value for the money I paid .

The menu is so limited that one doesn't have choices to think of. Food was really dissatisfactory . Rooms weren't soundproof. The next room was so loud couldn't sleep well. Not the IBISM I know. Being a regular customer. Delhi Mumbai and Gurgaon ones are better.

1. Location is easy to identify. 2. Could have sight seeing options with rates in tariff card in rooms. 3. Few toiletries could have made the stay wonderful. 4. Room services was very prompt and all staff were very curtious. 5. Interns need to be trained well before they directly interact with customers to avoid confusions and delay. 6. One chair in rooms and soft pillows for those with neck and back problems could have been made available on request. No soft pillows were available with house keeping in hotel (even on request). 7. Information on a map of Kolkata indicating major site seeing locations, medicals, etc could have been made available in rooms. 8. Windows are transparent. With adjoining high rise buildings, semi-transparent, one-side see through windows are recommended. this gives opportunity for nature lovers to use curtain raisers without affecting privacy.

The variety of food was below average and the service especially during breakfast was below average. The billing was the most pathetic where the executive deducted my amount twice and I am yet to get the amount back into my account. The hotel says the amount has not been received by them and it has been debited from my account, then where goes my money??? There is no explanation.

High pricey of buffet with no quality raw fish used for various dishes; Chef tried but his efforts were in vain; Billing goof-up by the receptionist (young guy) caused huge delay on the counter for one of our senior; However, room was good and other services were fine.
