Stay was comfortable. Before arrival, I called 10s of times for my accommodation and airport pickup. No one responded. I was disappointed. I sent an email before 3-4 hrs of arrival. They responded and send driver details. Driver picked me up from airport. Stay was pleasant. Free water bottles were provided. My room was fine for 1-2 persons. My stay was very comfortable. I am giving 1 star less because they did not respond to my call before arrival. Otherwise fantastic.

Pl publish my experience this is the first time I am writing this as an Accor member since more than 8 to 10 years I felt very bad to say that when we go for breakfast they are seeing as we go and eat for free of cost and when I spoke to one person he arrogantly give the answer I Have visited so many hotels in abroad also a small hotel To a big hotel But no body told me like this and mostly in Accor hotels I am observing now days they are not at all giving respect from people coming from other states it’s very bad to say

Clean room and toilets. Not very spacious, would prefer a small working table / chair.
