I am working as a cabin attendant in Indigo and had gone for a layover at Novotel, Kolkata with my colleague. Firstly they provide with best of the hospitality and service. The chef's at hotel are excellent at their craft and one feels going at the buffet again and again to enjoy their delicious meal even after being tired. Not just this , but I somehow left my uniform overcoat in the room's wardrobe so I requested them to look for it in Lost and Found Department after reaching at my home base which is Delhi. And they were really kind to assist me with the same. They parceled my universe overcoat at my home via courier without charging anything from me. I am so so grateful to the entire team and hope they continue with such kind of service and wonderful gesture. Special thanks to Mr. Sumanta (Housekeeping Department) for his assistance. He was in touch with me over the WhatsApp and Calls and was keeping me updated every now and then. Thank you once again Regards, Paridhi
