Services in the Breakfast are very poor. We need to request for each and everything again and again. No enough people to help during the Breakfast. Service desk person in the reception said that he would send the Softcopy of the invoice to my mail id within 30 mins. But I had to request after 2 days to send the invoice.

My name is rajesh khatri. I am writing this for staying at your hotel noveltel This is about the poor condition noof customer service with high customer dissatisfaction. Ever since I checked in, my experience has always been the worst. No room service facilities were available. In short, your service has completely ruined my stay. I request you to please take a serious note of my complain.

I am writing to you to once again offer my heartfelt apologies for the unpleasant experience during your recent stay. I agree that apology notes cannot change the inconvenience you faced or erase the memory of your experience. In a service industry such as ours, we have to get such basics as “first-time-right” and there is no excuse for getting things wrong in the first place. I do understand your angst and displeasure for us as we did not exhibit our true selves in the situation during your time at the hotel when no one attended to you upon arrival, to quality of service and culinary experience as well. This is very concerning for me and I am extremely embarrassed by the entire incident. However, it is important that we learn from these mistakes in order to continuously improve. Our purpose is “to take care of people i.e. our guests and colleagues so that they can be their best” with that our singular goal is to create only guest delight. Therefore, with these values in our culture, it pains, us even more, to see any guest walk out of the hotel unsatisfied. We try our best to train our people to deliver service of the highest standards; it is obvious we have erred on that occasion. As mentioned by my colleague, Radheshyam during your conversation, I can assure you that this is undoubtedly an aberration and by no means a reflection of our standards. The point mentioned by you highlights a need for strengthening our training for our team members. Please be rest assured that we will undertake appropriate training sessions for the team to avoid such inconvenience to guests. My team and I are truly sorry for the distress caused to you. I humbly request you not let this experience negatively impact your overall impression of our hotel in general and our commitment to reliable and detail-oriented guest service in particular. The rooms & the services were ok but Not Value for the money. Room sizes were small, and even some of the basic services were available when asked for (This wasn't that big issue but the size of room was).

I stayed in Novotel Kolkata after a long time and had an awesome experience. This is one of the best five-star properties in the city, offering a relaxing ambiance, attentive and friendly staff that aren't intrusive, and excellent value for money. Tip - try to stay in a studio apartment or 1 bhk apartment to really enjoy your stay. The buffet spread in "The Square" is out of this world, and if you do justice to the buffet, then you can safely skip the next major meal (or maybe two!) without any problems. Special recommendation to the following F&B staff who made our stay truly memorable. Many thanks to: 1) Chef Giasuddin 2) Chef Ravi 3) Chef Sourab 4) Chef Mohan 5) Sandip 6) Salini 7) Sonal 8) Ravi 9) Shreyansh 10) Keya 11) Saipatri The individuals named above went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we got a truly 5-star experience. Regarding the Front Desk staff, the following individuals took care of any issues relating to our room and stay, including the delivery of a Bengali newspaper to our room every day! A very big thanks to: 1) Souvik 2) Pranoy 3) Abhishek 4) Arkita 5) Riya 6) Diksha 7) Shekhar Apart from this, a special mention must go to Biswajyoti and Suresh for a memorable time in Sante, where they whipped up truly amazing drinks, mocktails, and cocktails. Last but not least, the duty managers Harsh, Kaushik, Gunjan, and Shubhojeet were ever so-helpful in stepping in with their suggestions and inputs to make our stay so comfortable. All-in-all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I can't wait to go back :)
