Quite clearly one of the worst stays in recent times. - the room given was 813, the moment you step out of the lift you realise that the hotel has seen better days - the washroom was in a very very poor shape with stains, moss and what not covering the bathing area - there was a layer of dust on the TV and the set top - the lights of the cupboard refused to go off sadly this was told to the reception on Day 2 but to no avail. finally the team there, as is the case offered to change rooms, clean the washroom etc. unfortunately our experience subsequently when clients came in for the conference was equally poor. would for sure avoid this

As a crew I was completely satisfied by Novotel Staff especially ARPITA she got a beautiful smile with full of hospitality and just love her way of handling guest.... Keep going girl....
