The place is comfortable, i am having a good time here with my husband. The session is amazing with a very well train massager. The price also is average for sure I will be back for another session with my family.

We came to Jakarta for a short 1 week stay to arrange some family matters. Room attendant Mas Ari was very professional and friendly in keeping our rooms clean. As we had 4 children our request for adjoining rooms was also entertained and we are thank for the front counter staff for that as well.

Stayed for 3 nights, it was memorable but for all the wrong reasons. As an Accor member, I am quite disappointed that the quality of this hotel and services are associated with the Accor brand. - Room service that the staff said would take 20 minutes to arrive in reality took 2.5 hours to arrive - Staff called at 4.30am (??) in the morning to settle a food bill when I was only checking out in 2 days time. I’m pretty sure it could wait till the morning - In one instance, there was a rat running around in the hotel lobby/restaurant! - Housekeeping cleaned the room, took away used towels but did not give new towels (??)

L Ibis fait partie des hôtels dans surprise désagréable. Chambre grande et confortable, salle d'eau propre, literie correcte. Un grand écran TV et une bonne connection au Wifi. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Un plus : le spa. Petite ombre : un staff à la réception pas très rapide et borné dans un processus curieux.
