The concierge is really welcoming. Even got oleh-oleh of coconut cookies for free. It was a family trip for 17 people and you guys did a great job managing and serving us. The housekeeping and room service was doing their job really well.

What you expect from Ibis. I stayed here many times. Nothing more, nothing less. Although the breakfast was really fair. During Ramadan there is no egg station. Not worth the money. The sky bar is good, you can even buy beer and wine.

856heikkiv Couples - TripAdvisor review

I stayed at this hotel totally 12 nights with my girlfriend and both of us were overall happy. Sometimes sheets had some stains but nothing too bad and I had to remind hotel staff 2 or 3 times that we need two sandals and two toothbrushes. Staff was friendly and helpful but some of the staff members didn't really understood English. I will use this hotel on my coming trips to padang again.

I am on a business trip and I booked for my colleague the room but was unable to checked in. Told him I have to be present to check in. Wow it is really not flexible even he show the staff the booking code.

I would love Queen size bed with No one attempt to open connecting room door that be a relieve, I am aware Its like airplane Cabin bathroom Its kinda tiny for my size. The sign of hefty fee for smoking in non smoking room its intimidating. For a diver this hotel has tiny pool with shallow depth

the bed is perfect, but only the bath towel need to change as it is quite old. to be fair i just only spend one night and don't know much about its location. many choice and variety of breakfast especially for local should happy.

Unfortunately stayed at a time of high occupancy and experienced issues, some of which were beyond the control of the Hotel. The rooms are very noisy and there was constant noise from guests next door, above and in the hallways. The guests were not at all considerate of others. Check in was slow and I cannot believe a hotel would have only 1 person on check out at a peak time. That person was frequently distracted by phones ringing and answering queries from other rude guests who interrupted her whilst she checked me out. She should have simply said "I am busy at the moment and will get to you shortly". Had an opportunity to have dinner on one of the evenings and chose to sit outside due to the noise level of the music. During dinner one would expect back ground music and not a noisy band playing in a room with very poor acoustics which make the sound unbearable.

it was my first time to come to Padang and I no doubt to booked Ibis Hotel Padang for my stay. I use Accor facility for room upgrade and dinner discount. The reception staff (Ms Anissa) warmly welcoming me and my friend and she is very helpful. Hotel room very clean breakfast much enjoyable. The roof top restaurant is an advantage. We can see sea side of Padang City. It's great pleasure staying at Ibis Padang.

I like Ibis Padang Hotel so much as the hotel had everything's i need except for the washroom/toilet, a bit small like airplane washroom/toilet. The location is excellent, just hundred's meters away from H Agus Salim Stadium and The New Mosque (Mesjid Raya Sumatera Barat). The Bluebird Taxi standby infront of the hotel all the time except after midnite. The best things about this hotel is that, they have a rooftop breakfast/lounge area called Skyline and from here you can see the Padang City up to the sea.

I feel very comfort staying at ibis hotel padang...the room is very comfortable...clean...nice view...nice reception...nice breakfast...although if you brought a car...the parking lot are rather small...you can take a taxi outside the hotel...or other public mass by walking about 50m to the main road...

Michael O Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I stayed here recently for 6 nights on business. The hotel is in a good location, it is only about 12months old. The facilities are good, the rooms are clean. They offer a really good breakfast & everything that I ate here was very good. The restaurant area on the roof was excellent, this was also a good place to meet clients. The service was outstanding. Jamal the GM is doing a great job & has very well trained staff, who always seemed to smile & took the opportunity to help whenever they could. I was very happy with my stay.

A city Hotel with magnificent roof top coffee shop!

ZH1222 Business - TripAdvisor review

This new city and business hotel have a roof top coffee shop with incredible view to the mountain, city and the ocean. We can enjoy these views while having breakfast in this coffee shop with a nice buffet food selection. When I stayed in this Hotel I have been upgraded to the executive suite room, which is quite a nice and spacious room, except the bathroom set up is lack of privacy. The check in/out activities, especially during rush hours need to be improved.

This hotel is like the other Ibis line mostly in Indonesia. The room wasn't too big, and fit only for 2 travelers. But the room is comfort enough. The bathroom neither big, but clean. The good selling point of the hotel is their roof top restaurant which open 24 hours. And this is the highest restaurant in Padang. The view of the city at night was pretty amazing. But it's quite pricey too for local standard. The breakfast was not too special in my opinion. And it was terribly peak when you had it before 8 am in the morning. It's kinda' mess too. The staffs didn't quickly respond to make up table after the guests were finished their breakfast, so the next guests had to wait and sometimes dine beside the dirty plates or wet table. I was having an unpleasant morning breakfast. And at that morning, one of the two elevator was down. It was 9 stories hotel with a peak guests who had breakfast in the morning, can you imagine how long did every guest had to wait to commute between floors. They also have an internet corner near the lobby with a fast connection.

Just a simple comment for my stay at this hotel. All aspects about this hotel were met the expectations, room was met a standard of ibis brand. Room rate is good, not overrated. Lack Communication between reservation and reception staffs. I was overcharged, whereas my reservation had been confirmed before arrival. Thank you for allowing me to change my reservation due to issue happened and fullfilled my request when checked-in. i should be back at this hotel if i travel to Padang.

i don't like PVC things. especially bathroom. bedroom is spacious but clean and complete amenities, tv programs, fridge, air, view, water, bed, pot, light all nice but spacious when compare to the same price somewhere else. stay here if you are a member of le club or subscribe to, want a quiet environment, easy access airport and other significant spots. taxi, bus, every transport pass here. people here are lovely food and service were superb. just wanted be back again. but maybe try others. thanks for your hospitalities and smiles, have a nice day.
