The hotel is located in a city center location very close to major department stores and hotels within walking distance. The check-in process was friendly and efficient, thank you to Resty who helped me wholeheartedly. The room was big and spacious. Rooms are well laid out with well located power points. Fast wifi which helped with video conferencing I had to do from the room. The food selection at the hotel is quite good. Good choice in Padang.

Very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are nice, with beautiful city views. Check in and check out was smooth, everyone was very friendly. I got a free upgrade to a beach view room which was great! Thank you very much to Resty, Rafky & Randa, thank you for the pleasant experience :)

The hospitality service is very good and they also serve food in the evenings, the back pool bar is a great bar, Mrs Resty, very helpful and very family friendly. The food is also delicious, and the location is really suitable for those who like the beach. Your service is satisfactory, the hotel is strategic, close to the beach, the rooms have a direct view of the beach, and the rooms are clean. Housekeeping here is also good and friendly, always welcoming us in every corridor.

I've been to mercure padang for a few times. Mercure is a good hotel with a nice view, ocean view. I love staying here because the staff is very friendly, especially Ms. Cecil. She's very helpful and kind. The bellboy also helpful, he helped me with my luggage and stuffs. Definitely coming back here the next time i come to padang.
