I arrived at the hotel earlier than scheduled check-in time, but the receptionist helped me to get an early room, they knew I was tired and had been on the ship for a long time because at that time the waves were too big and it took us quite a long time to reach the port. they gave me a room early without any charge, thank you for helping us, great facilities, friendly service, want to visit again, enjoy facilities that I haven't had the chance to enjoy, let's enjoy the city at the hotel. With friendly service, located in the middle of Padang city, easy to access tourist destinations. which is in the city of Padang. thanks for Miss Resty for helping provide information about tourism in the city of Padang, helpfully, and thank you also for the extraordinary service to the Mercure Padang staff.

I stayed there with my family and we had a great time. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable with a great bathroom and an awesome shower. The early breakfast is a great plus if you are traveling to the Mentawais and must check out early. Highly recommended

The hotel location is strategic, nearby to the beach and nearby to shopping centers. The hotel facilities is completed, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant menu is varied and tastes delicious. The hotel staff are also friendly and smiling, when i’m checking out it was also made easier by Miss Cecil. Hopefully I can return to the land of Minang again and stay here.

new experience and first time staying at the Mercure Padang hotel, very pleasant and truly unforgettable, the best atmosphere and service from the restaurant team, especially upon arrival at the restaurant greeted with a friendly smile by Ms. Rani and Ms. Sintya, truly friendly and very helpful when having breakfast here, hopefully I can and will return to stay at the Mercure Padang hotel

It was my first trip to this part of the world. The Mercure staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Indra and his team, including Hari at the restaurant were a pleasure to chat with. The food is delicious. The rooms are perfect. I will definitely be back to stay with them again. Thank you to their whole staff for chatting with me and giving me good recommendations on things to do. Great stay.
