Stayed several times for trade shows, where the direct U-Bahn connection to the Messe München is a big plus. Staff is friendly and helpful.

All very comfortable and neat, however your systems do not allow enough flexibility when it comes to the booking details: with the online reservation there was no option to book breakfast for an adult and a kid under 12; while on reception desk junior breakfast was twice cheaper. And hotel staff was not able to change the reservation in order to offer discounted rate. The same with not used for the second night breakfast: although it was not actually required, hotel was not able to refund

Ich habe bereits mit dem Team vom Empfang gesprochen und die Vorgehensweise zum Verbuchen des Kinderfrühstücks überarbeitet. Künftig sollte es diesbezüglich keine Unstimmigkeiten mehr geben. Das Frühstück kann nach Bedarf tagesaktuell am Empfang gebucht werden, eventuell nehmen Sie diese Option bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch in Anspruch. Beste Grüße Marion Gruber
