Heating in room very poor even on max of 29c it was cold ! The TV you need a masters degree to work it far too complex for a hotel room. When I booked on booking.com I filtered for parking and breakfast. Parking is. 15 min walk away and and breakfast albeit ok was continental and not cooked with no mention of this.

I must acknowledge that our hotel and services were not a suitable fit for your needs. From your arrival, it seemed that you were consistently dissatisfied with various aspects of our hotel, and I regret that you did not feel comfortable discussing your concerns with our management team. As stated clearly in our advertisements, due to our location, we do not offer onsite parking; however, we provide a discount code for the nearest public car park. Additionally, we transparently communicate that our breakfast service consists of a complimentary continental buffet for all guests. Given that you mentioned reviewing feedback prior to your stay, I would hope this information would not have come as a surprise. I understand there was a brief 30-minute issue with the heating on the 5th floor during your arrival date, but I appreciate that our team promptly assisted you in warming your room, especially given the extremely low temperatures outside. A fantastic hotel in every respect: great location, super comfy bed, the BEST shower I have ever used in any hotel, tastefully decorated throughout, super cheap and tasty food with multiple veggie and vegan options and wonderful breakfast crockery!

Stayed at a hotel right in the heart of the touristy area, super close to a shopping mall—perfect for a bit of retail therapy. My room was on the 7th floor, and it was spot-on: comfy, clean, and nice and quiet. Just what you need for a good kip after a day exploring all the sights around Edinburgh. The shower box? Proper modern and sparkling clean—using it was a treat. Only downside was there weren’t any tea, coffee, or sugar provided during my one-night stay, which was a bit of a letdown. Brekkie was decent enough, though I missed having an omelette or egg station. Parking’s about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, so bear that in mind. Big shoutout to the staff—they were lovely and really made sure the place was clean and comfy for us guests.

Good location, right in the heart of tourist destinations. Shopping mall just across the square. Room is cozy and clean, shower box is just 100% excellent top! Unfortunately my window is facing the wall (guess what wall that is?), I wasn't bothered with the view tbh, I booked a hotel room to sleep / rest. Could be 10 if there are coffee and tea sachets in the room. I mean there's a kettle but no tea and coffee. Parking is a bit of a walk to Q omni parking, but I need the excercise anyway.
