We had an incredible 4 nights stay here and we loved every minute of it. The staff is really doing their utmost to make our experience unforgettable. Especially Mercedes, who helped us several times. The breakfast is delicious and the guys in the bar are super friendly.

We loved this hotel!! It was funky and cute and the people were so incredibly nice, not a surprise as this is Scotland!! The breakfast was wonderful and the bar was great too. It’s in a perfect location. The staff was eager to give us advice about restaurants and how to best get from here to there. Thanks for the great hospitality!

We stayed twice in a week (a Monday night and the following Saturday night). The hotel location was excellent, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good too. We had some frustration with the consistency of the 2 rooms we were given. The rooms were of similar dimensions but the second room on the Saturday and therefore more expensive, seemed very 'tired' and unappealing which was disappointing.

The hotel is clean and a good location, but the rooms are not designed at all with travelers in mind. No place to put luggage, no place to put towels, a complete style over function space. Looks great in pictures but a nightmare to actually stay in.

Dear Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disheartened to hear that the functionality of our rooms did not meet your expectations. However, I need to correct you in order to be completely fair - the nightstands are not fake fronts, and they work with a little push - where you find two huge drawers in each side, maybe this missed your attention. There is also a functioning wardrobe, and the luggage easily can slide under the bed too. There is also a shelf under the bathroom sink too. We are sorry that you did not make us aware during your two-night stay, in order to help you. It is our hope that the other aspects of our hotel, such as our central location and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, were to your satisfaction. Regarding the parking, we understand that navigating a new city can be challenging, and we strive to provide the most accurate and helpful information; we regret if there was any confusion during your stay.
