Akif was at reception on arrival, he was very welcoming and everything you could expect from a member of staff. Akif had excellent manners and very hospitable. He made me feel very welcome and at ease. Akif explained the local area, what the hotel offered including restaurants and dining. Great customer service, than you so much! The reception decor was so uber cool, chic and trendy and quite unique.

I really like the atmosphere of the cafe, especially when the sun is out, it is very comfortable to bask in the sun on the sofa. The coffee is also very nice, I usually come to here to have one. Especially the barista Rebeca, her nice service makes me feel comfortable.

I’m a regular here as the coffee shop is perfect for relaxing in or working at. I frequently spend the day with my laptop as there’s a great vibe within the shop. Great food, drinks and service from Maria and Rebecca. Would definitely recommend.

Best view of the city in the executive room. 32nd floor with cleanest view of the city. Only downside was youtube was abit laggy on the tv. Apart from that everything was on point.
