Disappointed. Although the room looked nice, as soon as I opened the door there was a very strong smell of drains from bathroom. The t.v. did not work. Also, the main attraction of the hotel was the rooftop bar Bokun 37 but sadly it was closed due to private function. This should be shown at time of booking.

New Years Eve break.

We booked for a 5 night stay over the new year which turned into 8 nights as we couldn’t get home due to the impact of the snow in Scotland. We cannot fault the hotel or the staff. The views of the fireworks on New Year’s Eve were amazing from the rooftop bar. Breakfast was top notch and our room with a city view was amazing. Very close proximity to the underground stations and also the Canary Wharf pier for the Thames Clippers, giving easy access to the city and sights. A huge thank you goes to Jayde at reception who repeatedly booked our room for us to extend our stay while our flights were being cancelled one after the other, but every single staff member was great.

Great view for the firework display. Unfortunately had some privacy issues which brings my rating down. Thank you Alina for your hospitality at breakfast times.

Booked 2 Family rooms for New Year’s Eve, was asked to put children’s ages in on booking and bring children’s ID which we did. On arrival we were told that we couldn’t bring under 16s (ours were 14yrs and 15yrs) to the New Year’s Eve celebrations at the hotel, if we wanted to use the bar it would be £45.00 extra per adult, but no Under 16s hugely frustrating as we booked a family too and wanted to spend evening together, we were then told we couldn’t use the bar until 4pm for a pre-drink then its was 8pm then it we couldn’t at all as it was closed for the party. We had to ring round to where we could go, we weren’t told breakfast or leisure facility times. The check in queue was huge, people Walking away, When we did google for our selves and have breakfast the next day it was long wait down flights of stairs, couldn’t sit together had to sit in 2s and food poor. It’s was our worse stay in London in 20yrs we have been coming. Don’t book for new year!!

I stay with my family, we booked 2 rooms. Good staff, very friendly . The breakfast was the best part , not just Because of good food and good atmosphere but the fact that how staff makes us feel so special. I give my thanks to you BARBRA with her beautiful smile not just for us but to everyone at the restaurant , to Aline so kind , nice , very helpful, to Tânia . I will give 100% to you all even the ones I did not talk to that much but being very nice and polite My thank you to all housekeeping, that cleaned our rooms everyday and the one I met in the corridor, always with beautiful smile. I like the fact that we leave the room for breakfast by the time we’re back the rooms were already cleaned. Very quiet hotel. We will came back for sure.🙏 God bless you all.
