Very satisfied with the housekeeping: We had new towels replaced very day and new bed sheets. Excellent housekeeping Friendly bar staff: We came back a bit late at night, in a big group. Staff got all of us seated in the small function area. Thank for thoughtful arrangement. However, I want to bring your attention to a serious safety incident that occurred at your pool area on the night of last Saturday. At approximately 8:30 PM, a group of young girls, including my daughter, were enjoying the pool when they were harassed by a group of teenage boys. These boys were reportedly throwing chairs and glasses into the pool, which not only frightened the girls but posed a serious safety hazard. There were around 10 girls at the pool, all of whom were left in tears and extremely shaken by the experience. One of the girls even suffered a nosebleed due to the stress of being threatened. The lack of adequate security or supervision at the pool, especially at night, is a significant concern for us. When we report to the front desk, the staff on shift just told us they reported to the police. We didn't see the duty manager who should come over and talk to us. It seems lacking support from the hotel when such hazard presented. We strongly urge the hotel to consider upgrading security measures, including restricted access to the pool area during the evening, and possibly installing surveillance cameras or ensuring that a staff member is present for oversight. Ensuring the safety of your guests should be of the utmost priority, especially when young children are involved.
