We’re pleased to hear that you received a warm welcome on arrival and that your room offered a generous layout, even if its design felt a little different from what you’re used to. As a boutique-style hotel inspired by French art de vivre, our building’s unique architecture and hillside location do make us a little different from traditional hotels in Wellington — and we appreciate you sharing your observations. We are truly sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay fell below expectations, particularly your experience at our bar and the intermittent noise from the air conditioning. Please accept our sincere apologies. This is not the level of service we strive to deliver, and your feedback has been shared with our team so we can address the service shortfall and review the noise concern with our maintenance department.
