I stayed with my family on a personal visit for 10 days. Everything was fine, a very pleasant experience, great hospitality and service. The location next to central train station is convenient, the shops there open also evenings and weekends: big plus. City center with Marktplatz and restaurants around is walking distance. Nice they care about families and kids. Will be our choice at our next visit too.

Everything was good except for that there were some holes in the bedsheets and the beds were very hard, a bit too hard that I could not sleep well in them at all unfortunately.

I was there for 2 night, and the keycard needed to be reprogrammed every time i had opened the door.

Thank you for taking the time to rate your stay at ibis Styles Halle. Unfortunately we hadn't been notified of an update to our key card system which is why all room locks needed to be reprogrammed several times. We are sorry to hear that this incident seems to have severely compromised your experience at our hotel.
