A refurbished lobby and restaurant hide old and bad shaped room. A true disappointment.

great experice - however the cards dont work and its a real hassle

Poor functional room and lame breakfast

Despite the location this hotel could improve a lot on the room functionality. I stayed at the highest class renovated room and there was no electric plug on the bed side only an old USB that does not fit to the current USB C standards. Plus the mini fridge was shaking and making a noise that woke me earlier than I expected. Breakfast was lame. Fruit options poor without apples, bananas and neither strawberry or kiwi. Despite that the cheese bread was not crispy instead it was withered and the scrambled eggs with an unpleasant consistency. Apart from those the hangers were that type that need to be fitted to a locked piece inside the closet and does not allow to hang inside the bathroom. The upside was the space for both the room and the bathroom. I will probably stay at the Pullman next time and is wondering why Accor did not invest on a better hotel like Sofitel or M Gallery in São Paulo.

A well-located hotel, impressive on the outside, disappointing on the inside. Rooms are dark, furniture old, and the bathrooms awful [you open the door and half of the bathroom gets blocked, water leaks, dark, etc]. Will not be staying again.

Nice stay overall. There is a lot of miscommunication with staff however . I called reception about 6 times before someone finally picked up the phone. Bruno and Neo were exceptionally nice to me and I appreciate it . Thieves my second time staying here and I still have not received any points for my stays on my ALL ACCORS card .

Everything was fine. Breakfast was perfect with many options. Staff super. Parking Ok, WiFi Ok. The price is a little bit high compared with other hotels nearby but it is totally worth it. Attention to google maps, it will not lead you to the main entrance.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great staff, very helpful and always available. Nice room. The breakfast was good and with many options. The Grand Mercure has many options around like good restaurants and bars and is very close to a nice Shopping Mall. We had a good time and we totally recommend it.

Hotel under renovation and poor service. Rooms with old furniture, smell of paint, no Le Club service at any time, should not have the Mercure brand, the only good thing is the location. Another option would be the Pullman hotel which is next to the Mercure.

It was 2nd time I went to this hotel and again had problem. At check in I had to change 3 times my room (going up and down in the elevator) because the hotel did not reserved the correct room that I've booked 2 months ago. Moreover, staff tried to say that I had booked the wrong room trying to put me in another one. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel.
