I stay at this hotel often for work, and it is a comfort away from home. The entire staff including the front desk staff, bar and restaurant staff are all professional, friendly and remember me each time. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I love both the breakfast and lunch buffets in the restaurant. The hotel is wonderful at accommodating my many requests.

I often stay at your hotel (either the Grand Mercure or the Pullman Vila Olimpia Sao Paulo) and it´s always a nightmare to have my points credit to the ALL program. I have to call, chase, follow-up until one day. eventually, my points will appear. I will start to stay with Radisson from next week onwards due to this.

Cleanliness, location, facilities, breakfast, etc were all adequate, however, front desk left somethings to be desired. No room was made available until 10 minutes past check-in time. Even though I arrived a couple of hours early and asked if there was a way to expedite. When room was made available, waited 40min for messenger to deliver our luggage that was being held at front desk. Unable to reach front desk over the phone, I went there and picked up myself. No identification was requested. It was an OK stay, but there's room for improvement.
