Nice view , nice beds , dirty floors in the room . Dangerous neighborhood . Took them 7 hours to get me a heater to my room, after a cold spell in São Paulo , just saying they were out of individual heaters !! The overpriced restaurante and poor quality food , makes this hotel , way too expensive to what it has to offer , including amenities.

Buena ubicación, muy buen ambiente, buena comida, trato muy amable. Echaba en falta leche hidratante en el baño. Mucho espacio en la habitación pero no diseñada para poder trabajar

During my lengthy stay at The Pullman Hotel in Vila Olimpia, everyday the staff produced top quality professionalism, service, and food. Specifically in the restaurant, they carefully prepare each meal with beauty in color, design and full flavor. It is not just picture worthy and delightful to the eyes, but a perfect mouth watering experience. I am not trained as a food critic; however, the Michelin staff would be wise to consider a visit. The hotel in general is not typical in tradition. It has more life celebrating the expression of art and drawing the community with its events. It is a perfect combination of cultural trend and business professionalism. Highly recommend booking your stay.

Eu gosto muito do hotel, mas excepcionalmente minha ultima estada deixou a desejar. Primeiro, logo no check in, me deram a chave de um quarto ocupado. Nunca tinha passado por isso e sensação de estar "invadindo" o quarto de outra pessoa é realmente bem desagradável, fora o risco que tanto eu quanto o hóspede corremos. Além disso, outro erro de segurança foi quando uma amiga foi deixar uma encomenda para mim. Ela sabiao número do meu quarto, no entanto, disseram que eu não estava naquele quarto e deram o nome de uma pessoa que não era eu (seria Elizabeth F., enquanto eu sou Paula F.!!!). Sempre fico no Pullman que é ótimo e muito conveniente para mim, mas se eventos como esses se repetirem, vou ser obrigada a alterar minha preferência. Obrigada, Paula

Check-in was smooth, but when I got to the room, I noticed there were no slippers (or bath sandals), which are usually provided in the room. Other Pullman hotels I’ve stayed at always provide them. I called the front desk to ask, and they told me I had to request them. This is bad faith — if the guest doesn’t know that slippers are available only on request, how can they enjoy a benefit that’s already included in the price? Especially considering this is not a cheap hotel. How does Accor in Brazil allow this to happen under its brand? It’s absurd, especially for a flagship hotel in such a prime location. On top of that, when I was checking out, the front desk tried to charge me more than the amount stated in my original booking, claiming that hotel prices vary. This goes against consumer protection laws, and shows the staff’s lack of preparation to deal with high-end and well-informed guests. To this day, I have not received the correct invoice or fiscal receipt in Brazil, with the charges from the room still missing. This is truly unacceptable, and I urge Accor to review and restructure the management of this hotel.
