Had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Very close to INSPER and well connected to great parts of the city. Super kind staff! Alice at the front desk did a great job of tailoring the experience to my professional asks and needs. The hotel also provided great room service at all hours.

Stayed one night at this hotel while on a business trip. Junior at the desk was fantastic! Prioritized my room and was very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Gym was convenient and clean. And a great lobby to get work done with coffee and snacks.

Well located, great breakfast, fitness center could be MUCH better

I really like the location and the breakfast; especially the breakfast is what makes me keep coming back. However, the fitness center could be MUCH better (and is what makes me want to stay away sometimes). The touchscreen of the fitness bike I had didn't work well, all treadmills were occupied (or blocked for maintenance), there is a limited option of equipment and the place feels very crowded at 6.30am. So overall the fitness experience was very unpleasant, and this is an important point for me, since I often travel on business trips and often use them to stay fit.
