We booked 3 rooms through our business. Upon arrival in Copiapo, we called to hotel to confirm reservation. Upon arrival we were told that they "over sold" their rooms. No apologies. We had to go elsewhere.

The stay is a mix of good and bad points. Good: The staff allowed an early check-in around 2pm which was okay, would've been good to be when I arrived but that's fine. Location was good as I wanted to be near the city center more. I was surprised to be asked of my floor preference, got a high room with a good view. The bed was nice. Bad: The room lacks a few things such as a mini ref and at least an electric water heater. I would probably expect that if I booked ibis Budget but this isn't. The liquid soap/body wash was fixed near the lavatory - how would you use it when you shower? The bathroom was barely cleaned, several hair strands were in the shower enclosure, the floor, the lavatory - and these are women's hair, very long and definitely not mine. I ordered food at the restaurant which surprised me was ready in less than 10minutes - as i guessed it was a pre-cooked meal and was likely heated on a microwave.

Quedé en el piso 10 y sentí toda la noche el ruido de un motor, la cama tenía problemas de resortes con solo respirar sonaban, el aire no funcionaba, lo encendí y nunca funcionó, pasé mucho frío el domingo 13 y dormí pésimo.

Con respecto a la temperatura, nos encontramos en temporada de invierno, siendo la sensación térmica muy inferior a los 30 grados, por lo que, en este periodo del año, los aires se configuran solo en modo de calefacción. En una siguiente oportunidad no dude en comunicarnos sobre los inconvenientes durante su estadía para poder brindarle una solución y así pueda disfrutar por completo de su visita.
