The staff were friendly but i had large window in the room which was leaking rain water on the floor. I woke up in the morning and told the reception and went to have breakfast. Until my check out they didn’t fix it or come to see it.

Location is not good unless you have a car. This is not a convenient airport hotel and some staff do not seem to know this. Other staff were just great. No cups or glasses provided or "allowed" in rooms. Also no bottle openers or corkscrews either. We were told a different company runs all food and catering thus these issues!!

Great hotel near the highway. Convinient for both travel by plane or car. Safe underground parking. I use ut regularly for years now and always stay there if available.

If you’ve just arrived at Bergamo airport this hotel is a short drive down the road. Avoid the main toll road. Google maps route looks more complicated than it actually is. We arrived late. There was no restaurant but reception opened a bottle of wine and prepared some cheeses and nibbles. Super service. Room was well equipped, clean and modern.
